My indoor only cat is FIV positive, and when he gets a simple a flea bite or mosquito bite, he can easily have an OVER-reaction. His skin gets itchy to the point he is gnawing and scratching off all of his fur. He seemed to be having one of these episodes recently, so after giving him a dose of flea meds, we put this topical cream on his fresh bald spots, along with a donut collar for a couple days. We reapplied the cream once a day for a few days. It went on thick and had staying power. It seemed to do the trick. I would recommend it!
