I rescued 2 Lilac Amazons a few months ago. They were in a pretty dire situation on a sunflower seed diet and once in a while they light be lucky enough to get a bit of broccoli or some other nearly rotten veg. It has been a lot of trial and error but they are completely off the seeds (except for training) and now love chop. But finding the right pellets has been difficult and felt like a waste of money! I don't think this flavor will be the end of the road as id like them to eat something with less additives but it's perfect to begin the transition. They love the colors and will spend time picking out their favorite but the best news is they are actually eating them!

I bought the medium size pellets for my sun conure "Jay Bird".It has been 3 months scents i have ordered and i still have 3/4 of the bag left, there really is hardly any waste,(except for the color my sun conure will not eat) i most likely have another 6-9 months worth of food. This was my first experience with pellets and it was the product i used to switch my bird from an all seed diet, the transition was a lot easier than i expected but she is still a rebel about the color purple lol. So all in all, for the amount of food you get its worth the price and the shipping is fast as well, i only gave 4 stars because of my bird being picky but this could easily be a 5 star product!

I have a fussy cockatoo. He would only eat junk fatty seed. We got him at age 17 and he was not healthy. He was a feather picker and looked dull. This food got him on the right track. He is full feathered , shiny, and perky. (Sometimes a bit too perky) the colors are what attracts attention. It’s a full diet food. Great price. Much cheaper from chewy the the pet store brands. What I can do is move around within the zupreen mix and match diets blend and feed my bird. I know it’s a good diet and great price.

My cockatoo will only eat ZuPreem Fruit Blend in the medium sized pellets. We were unable to purchase what we needed at a pet store and we are so happy we found the product on Chewy! Her main diet is Harrison Adult Lifetime Pellets which she has been on for 30 yrs, along with veggies, fruits, and whatever food that we share with her that she can have plus whatever food/junk food she can con you out of. Every evening I give her a small bowl of a "snack" which contains a 5 or 6 sunflower seeds, a small scoop of Safflower seeds, and about a teaspoon of Zupreme Fruitblend pellets, along with a 1/2 of Nilla Wafer or/and maybe a peanut. She loves the variety and looks forward to this treat each evening.

II messaged your company regarding the shipping condition of the box when I got it and was disappointed I never heard back from you. This wasn't the only thing I ordered and thankfully all three packages were undamaged. The box was ripped open where the label was and luckily it was packed well where it didn't fall out but it was almost to the point of falling out. The product Zupreem FruitBlend Flavor Parrot and Conure Bird Food I have bought before in bulk and should be fine I still have some left so haven't opened the package yet. I told you in my message a week and two days ago that you might want to speak with you shipping carrier Fed Ex about the condition if the box when it got here. Product is fine but your customer service is lacking. I messaged you through your website and it said it went through. I understand there is a lot of things going on and I received the product in a timely matter considering the situation of our Economy at present.
