can I use these with Fluker's 5.5-in Reptile Clamp Lamp & Dimmer ?

The REpti Tuff bulb can be used with a dimmer switch but the Reptisun 5.0 that comes in this lighting kit cannot be used with a dimmer.
How many watts are these bulbs?

The Repti Tuff Splashproof Halogen Lamp is 50 watts and ReptiSun® 5.0 Mini Compact Fluorescent is 13 watts.
