Damaged in shipping twice

Ordered 1st light hood and arrived with the box damaged and taped. Everything was inside, however, the item didn't work. Chewy replaced item, but when 2nd box arrived it had been clearly damaged and taped. Remote was missing from box, but at least the light worked with the one from the first delivery. Not necessarily Chewys fault, but I would not ship delicate items, especially ones with light bulbs in them.

I purchased two hoods, and one was bad out of the box, Chewy replaced it no hassles. HOWEVER, the original second hood failed within a few days. Chewy is replacing

Horrible packaging and broken lighting
The zoo med lighting did not even come in the appropriate box for shipping and with doing so has damaged the expensive light fixture
