2 failed hoods

I purchased two hoods, and one was bad out of the box, Chewy replaced it no hassles. HOWEVER, the original second hood failed within a few days. Chewy is replacing

I purchased two hoods, and one was bad out of the box, Chewy replaced it no hassles. HOWEVER, the original second hood failed within a few days. Chewy is replacing that one as well. Zoomed is also reviewing my case currently. All around great customer service, but the review is about the product.

It won’t turn off or on on its own

After programming it to the right times and setting up the day start and end I still have to manually turn it on and off
