The cage itself is great, but unfortunately, the light that came in the kit came defective and our new chameleon is going to be here in two so I asked them if they could send a replacement but they won’t send one until they get the old one back first. I explained that we didn’t have time because the chameleon needs its light In the meantime, it’s still worked It just had a ringing noise that would not stop and was super annoying. They were not willing to work with me at all. I even told them they could charge my card if they didn’t get the defective one back and still didn’t want to help me. I will not be purchasing with them anymore.

I bought this set up and got my animal the day after I received the enclosure. On day 3 the basking bulb went out and then day 4 the other bulb went out. Other than the bulbs burning the enclosure it’s set is great and holds good humidity.
