Love it, looks good

I was worried how it would look. I wanted something that looked better than the plain metal feeding ledges. It was going into a 12x12x18 terrarium for a crested that was tailless and unwanted. It fit well, and looks good. I've seen people saying you can't lock the suction cup down when trying to mount it...that's because you lock the suction cup down and then hang the ledge on it. You don't try to hand a picture while putting a nail in the wall at the same time do you? Hang suction cup, hang ledge on suction cup, pretty basic, you can't do both at the same time. Stop leaving reviews that are negative over your mistakes. If has not once fallen. I had a second one fall in another terrarium. Know why? The first terrarium was brand new, spotless clean glass. Spritz a little water and mounted the ledge no issue. The second one that fell...I didn't clean glass first, it fell within 10 minutes. Glass didn't seem dirty, buy I cleaned it with a paper towel,l and cold water, wiped clean, reset glass, hung ledge and it's been hanging there for over a month. If it falls, clean your glass. Even if it doesn't look dirty, it is. I have two of these, one hanging two months, another hanging a month. Wet your glass before mounting. Don't leave stupid reviews over your own mistakes. One of mine fell due to my error. Maybe they don't explain it on the box, but I guess they assume we have some common sense. Love the product, looks good.

Absolutely no problem sticking securely to the acrylic wall. I cleaned it as directed first. I like that it has a naturalistic appearance. Plenty of room for a large gecko to hang out on with large cup holder. I sometimes put crickets in there for my gecko. He hangs out on this ledge a lot. Great addition for the money

Great realistic ledge

I love the looks of this mushroom ledge, it looks very realistic while in a bioactive enclosure. The only downside to the ledge is the paint chips in some spots

I love the looks of this mushroom ledge, it looks very realistic while in a bioactive enclosure. The only downside to the ledge is the paint chips in some spots but it’s not an entirely huge deal. This ledge is really nice because it suctions to the glass and holds real well. It’s also very lightweight, made from a foam material, so it doesn’t add anymore weight to your enclosure when installed. I also love that removable food dish. Makes for easy cleaning :) * I purchased this mushroom ledge and received CashBack while participating in a CashBack Program.

Neat fungi

I bought this mushroom ledge and received cash back through a promotion. So far I really like it. It is a little on the bigger side, but that isn't really an issue

I bought this mushroom ledge and received cash back through a promotion. So far I really like it. It is a little on the bigger side, but that isn't really an issue since it suctions to the glass and doesn't take up any floor space. It is light weight and so far it hasn't budged since we stuck it to the glass. I like that the food bowl is removable so that you don't have to reinstall it every time it needs cleaned. It's added a neat, natural forest look to our lizards terrarium too which we really like. Also, in addition to eating on it, our lizard seems to enjoy basking from this ledge.

Gaps

I wanted to love this, and I do think it looks cool, but I'm pretty disappointed by the significant gap between the glass and the back of the mushroom. The suction

I wanted to love this, and I do think it looks cool, but I'm pretty disappointed by the significant gap between the glass and the back of the mushroom. The suction cup is super strong and I've redone it multiple times to check that it's not off kilter. It seems it's just a design flaw. It makes it look way less cool. Also my gecko might just be slow to warm up to new things but he got on it once and has never gotten back on it so that's a bummer

There is a gap between the suction mount and the fixture but it’s an easy fix if you stuff enough moss into the crevice. Suction on fixture is sturdy if glass is clean. The mushrooms looks like plastic in the sales picture but they’re actually a hard yellow foam, which could be a concern for tropical pets. The paint varies from the picture as well. All of that considered my Leo loves to climb and lay on it. It is good to use above other structures to give your pet extra space to hide under/climb over. I feel it could be better but would buy again if quality improves.

Made very well, expected cheap styrofoam but it is way sturdier than that! Do recommend using magnets to secure it just for safety precautions which is what I’m going to do along with suction just in case. But very well made! A little bigger than expected but we make it work!

This was way bigger in person than I thought it would be but it looks great. The suction cups are super strong and I love that the feeding cups are a hard plastic which makes for easier cleaning. The top seemed a little too slick for our leopard gecko but it doesn't stop him from basking there. I received CashBack on my purchase and I'm participating in a CashBack program.

Great piece!

This piece is a lot larger than I thought it would be but makes a nice addition to any tank! My only issue with it was that the black suction cup would slide out

This piece is a lot larger than I thought it would be but makes a nice addition to any tank! My only issue with it was that the black suction cup would slide out of the mushroom before I stuck it on the tank but once on the tank, the weight of the mushroom keeps it stable. Other than that it provides a good place for my snake to stretch.
