Can this also be given with honest paws probiotics for dogs?

I have been giving my pup, Lilly, these products for years. She is currently 15 and doing pretty dang good considering! :)
When did this formula change? The picture on the site now shows the “multivitamin” jar, not the “multifunctional” jar… the ingredients of each are different but website does not reflect what is shipping…

My senior dog has been eating 11 in 1 for years but I found that their formula changed in 2025. New version (multivitamin) removed a lot of the helpful ingredients such as co Q10, etc... and old version (multifunctional) is basically out of the market...very disappointed, the company didn't even notify customers.
Can these be given to an 8lb pup? Our larger dog takes one in the morning and one at night. Would I break one in half for the 8 lb pup and give 1/2 in morning and 1/2 at night?

Dogs up to 25 pounds should have 1 soft chew per day, dogs 26-75 pounds should have 2 soft chews per day, and dogs over 75 pounds should have 3 soft chews today. See feeding guide below.
So does this chewable pretty much cover everything?? Like can my dog have this daily?? Consider as a multivitamin?
