My dog loves the taste and considers it a treat. It gives me assurance I’m aiding his joints. At 5 mos old my Sheltie was not walking. With daily prayer and exercising his legs, he slowly began to get up and move around and continued to improve. After 3 months my vet said well if he had not seen it with his own eyes he won’t have believed it. My vet calls him the “Miracle dog” and YES he is! I started giving him the Bone & Joint supplements which I feel is helping him and continuing with daily prayer. Laddy Boy just had his 4th birthday and he is running around and playing like any other dog.

I am not much into writing reviews but this had to be written. If you're like me, seeing your pet in any kind of discomfort is absolutely heartbreaking. My 11 year old chihuahua "Spanky" is a special needs doggy. He has seizures, some heart issues and over the past 6 months or so, his mobility has been on the decline. I got him some glucosamine drops to add to his food, and while they helped, it was only for a short period of time after being given them and I obviously wasn't going over the recommended dosage. With these bites, it suggested starting with half of one a day to introduce them then the normal dose a day or two later. I was skeptical because my dog is pretty finicky but these bites are a finicky dog parents dream! I got the bacon flavor for Spanky and before it arrived, I was worried about the texture of the bites and if he didn't like them, how on earth can I split them enough that he'll eat it all during one feeding so they're effective. They arrived as as directed, I was going to feed Spanky half of one bite and when I went to break it in half, it was so effortless. It was like very firmly packed brown sugar that was easily crumbled and moved into a thin slice of turkey, then all smashed together as if preparing a meatloaf. Of course I mixed it well then fluffed the mixture and he ate every morsel. Within an hour I noticed he was walking around a little more so I was pleased. The next day, I crumbled a whole bite into the turkey, mixed it up, he ate every bit of it and actually wanted to play with the cats. This is not a fake review. Now, every morning, he has his "turkey-bacon" breakfast and he's a happy camper. He never experienced any digestion issues, no difference in his stools, he's just able to play again. He still holds his back leg up when he's standing, but at least he's standing. He chases the cats, hides his favorite toy after walking all over the house to find the perfect hiding spot. This makes my heart happy and feel more at ease. He lets me know every morning at about 7am it's time for his breakfast. He LOVES them. I have already recommended these bites to friends, and I hope you give them a chance. You won't regret it and they're worth their weight in gold. Happy Puppy, Happy Mommy!
