Is this litter flushable?

Is this made from human food grade corn?

What type of scooper should I use? My current one picks up of alit pellets too.

Answer by SHEILAMay 22, 2026
I had to buy a large slotted scooper after buying this litter. It definitely cuts down on the dust, but too granular for the usual scoopers. Otherwise, Im throwing out most of the litter with the clumps! Im glad I got the new litter, just have to get the right scooper.

Is this one flushable?

Answer by ChewyAug 07, 2023
Rigorous testing from an independent expert lab showed all World’s Best Cat Litter formulas are flushable and safe for both sewer and septic systems—surpassing not only the US standards, but also the global flushability standards.

So I know it's a multi-cat formula, but my cat takes really stinky poops! She tends to make a mess and track litter everywhere. This litter really helps minimize the tracking and it clumps rather well. I clean her litter box daily and I feel good about using this natural corn litter because it is very low dust and helps my cat breathe better.

The litter is larger granules as described; however my cats still tracked it out of the box. It's just easier to see. The litter clumped fairly well but as I gently sifted, the urine balls would break up and then slip back into the box. Depending on your scooper hole size you may have to adjust. Very little odor control. The pictures show when I first filled the box and the last picture is after a week. It became more dusty with use. While there may be slightly less dust, the box seems less clean and I will go back to the multi cat formula.

We LOVE this brand so this review does not reflect the brand as a whole, but I’m writing this to warn folks that the size of the litter in this line is not compatible with a Litter Robot! The pieces are too big for the sifter to catch, so a majority of it ends up in the used litter bin despite being clean. We will be going back to the original formula (red) which we love.

I typically buy the multi-cat (red bag) version but it was out of stock so I ordered the low tracking (orange bag). Unfortunately the pieces in this low-tracking type are far too large to fall thru even a large-slotted litter shovel, making the litter un-scoopable - even tho the package states it’s “easy to scoop” - that is completely false advertising (so is the claim that it’s the “world’s best”). I cannot use this litter. The multi-cat version works pretty well, I appreciate that it’s lighter weight than clay, but it doesn’t control odor as well as clay so I end up combining the two types of litter.

This stuff made an Absolutely horrible mess everywhere. When I first opened the bag, I thought it may work, as the clumps were bigger. Within a day or 2, it turned to a completely dusty powder. The cats left tracks everywhere. They would get out of the box and their paws were COVERED in dust. There was dust on my floors, couch, everywhere they walked. I seriously don't understand how a company can advertise the as 'low tracking & Dust control' as it's a complete and utter lie and false advertising.

Best litter for us so far. I scoop 2 boxes twice a day for 3 cats. It clumps well naturally except for my newest house boi who was a an older tomcat I rescued. Hes a dream and has taken to indoor life easily. Unlike my other neutered guy , he pees sitting like a proper gentleman but so much and so fast it doesn’t have a chance to clump for him. It’s 100% okay with me. I keep the litter boxes wiped down and clean them daily and any finer particles from the corn litter doesn’t turn to a wet cement coating than can harden. I’ve experienced that with clay and other plant based litters. Maintains a clean box much easier than other brands. Some dust and finer particles will happen as the litter gets stepped on, scratched at and sifted but it still works.

World’s Best? World’s “Does The Trick”

I’ve tried many litters over the years. I have a big, soft, fluffy cat with big, soft, fluffy paws who likes to dig in the litter box. This is the most dustless

I’ve tried many litters over the years. I have a big, soft, fluffy cat with big, soft, fluffy paws who likes to dig in the litter box. This is the most dustless litter I’ve never tried. Is it 100% dust free? No, but it’s better than others (including “dustless” crystal litters.) Does it eliminate tracking? No, but the large pieces don’t track far, so a quick vacuum around the box once or twice a day keeps things tidy. The biggest downside, as others have mentioned, is that the urine clumps fall apart easily. I usually slightly under sift so the clump stays intact, which results in me discarding some clean litter along with the urine and the box emptying more quickly than other litters. Since it’s natural and scentless there’s not a huge odor control function, but I just have an appropriate amount of litter boxes (3 large boxes for 2 cats) and scoop twice a day and don’t have any odor issues. Even with those downsides, I am content with this litter. It checks my boxes of unscented, reasonably dust-free, clay/plastic free, and reasonably low tracking, and is the only litter I’ve ever tried that has met all my desires. My cats have no issues with the size of the litter. Granted they aren’t picky, but at one point I had more standard sized litter in one box and this litter in the 2 others, and they actually seemed to prefer this litter. Does the trick!

Bought this as a suggestion when looking for options for our sickly senior cat. He was experiencing loose stools and wasn't moving well due to aging, leaving us with lots of messes on him and everywhere he roamed. This litter significantly improved the issue. We paired it with a large storage container that we cut a hole in for entry as a replacement for a traditional litter box. It is low dust, low tracking and very absorbent. It was easy for him to stand in and to cover his poos which were well absorbed by the litter. It is fabulous with odor control even with multiple cats and it lasts quite a bit longer than other litters. I can not recommend this strongly enough, it is worth every penny

Worlds Best changed the formula. It was the Best. However, it's still not dusty but tracks everywhere. I contacted the company. They suggested their pellet brand. It does not track, however it does not scoop either. The pellets are too big for any kitty litter scooper. This has no bearing on Chewy. I want the version they made originally. The price has increased and quality has gone down. Seems to be the way now. I can buy pellets - almost identical for horse stalls a 40lb bag for $6.00. not $38.00 for 28 lbs. I need a cat litter that clumps, isn't dusty nor tracks. Any suggestions? I seriously feel like I'm panning for gold trying to sift the pellets. I've asked several friends that have cats and was told forget Pretty Litter. It was living in a beach. The litter goes everywhere. Considering this is disposable like toilet paper - I don't pay this much for toilet paper, suggestions please. Or I'm buying the horse stall pellets. Much cheaper too.
