Since it's see-thru you but also iridescent you can easily tell how close you are to the end of a roll. So many bag holders we have trouble fitting our favorite bags in, which aren't scented in a perfume-y way but in an odor-neutralizing way and have baking soda mixed in them somehow. This holds those bags with room to spare and you don't have to position them special or waste any or rip any in the process of getting the first bag out. Also, the loop makes it so easy to attach as opposed to those plastic hooks with that extra inverted bit at the edge, which are so difficult to open and close and sometimes screw and unscrew the bottom even to insert a new roll. The loop is large enough so you can attach it through just about anything from a leash, a harness clip or rear handle, a treat bag, a belt loop, a carrier, a purse... even a water bottle or tumbler. So convenient!

This bag carrier is fairly compact with what feels like a rubberized coating on the surface. It uses bags that have a tube in the center ( like toilet paper rolls) and has a post cast into the housing for easier rolling.. The cover is a screw on type but, it’s located on the bottom and is a cause for mild concern if the cap unscrews from activity you might have a mess if you notice it. The cover hasn’t come loose yet but, I am worried with use if this might become an issue? I miss my old NOZ container that had a rubber bottom that the bags would pass through from center of the roll. It was with me and 3 of my GSD’s hikes and walks.

If you, like me, have been hunting high and low for a dispenser that doesn’t make noise on the leash but that you can actually get the bags out of, LOOK NO FURTHER. Seriously, this one is the holy grail. The dispenser is a hard plastic structure with a soft, buttery outer coating that is connected to the leash with an elastic loop, similar to a high quality (and larger) hair tie. Since the dispenser is based in a harder plastic, the bags can actually be dispensed unlike a soft silicone dispenser. But with the soft outer coating and elastic connection, there’s no components that bang together and make a bunch of noise. The end of the dispenser unscrews to reload with bags and has a spool that the center of the bags connect to, making the dispensing extremely easy. The bags provided are indeed really nice! My dogs are both under 20 pounds so I didn’t find the bags to be necessary in comparison to the regular bags I buy, which fit in the dispenser without issue. However, if you have a large dog and are picking up more than a palm-full of waste, I would highly recommend these bags. They are larger in size and slightly thicker than the regular bag, making those moments more confident for the larger dog owners. The cute colors are the icing on the cake!

The end cover screws on and the bags were easy to open and large. We have to order more bags once we use up our old bags.
