So I have bought 3 of these harnesses now, and with my most recent purchase some of the other reviews make sense why the harness is fitting some dogs strange. Some of the tags are on the wrong part of the harness. The tag should be on the smaller part of the harness that goes on the dogs back, with 2 rings for the leash to attach to. The longer part goes under them. Not sure what happened but please note before you write this harness off some of the tags are not stitched correctly on. Harness on the left side of the photo has tag correctly. Harness on the right has tag placed incorrectly. Overall, this is a great harness and I’ve had good luck using them on my pugs but I will probably reach out to the company who makes them to let them know.

Perfect harness, and I get constant compliments on how adorable it looks - the medium fits my 40 lb heeler mix, and it was very easily adjustable as she grew into it. I’ve put this harness through the absolute wringer - deep snow/mud in the mountains, sand and dirt in the desert, and she swims in this no problem. It’s really held up even with machine washing and getting caked with dirt/sand, and she seems very comfortable in it. Tiny bit of chaffing once in a while on her belly but only when she’s wet/sandy and that would be unavoidable with any harness. Clips can be stiff but to me that says they’re durable and won’t accidentally release. Only flaw is if she pulls REALLY hard it will pull on her neck her some even on the farthest back clip.

Love the color of the harness. I do wish the neck had more room to grow. The part that goes around my husky’s waste has a lot of room to be let out, but the part that goes over her head is maxed out in size. It’s a very well made harness, and we love a good front clip for walking! My 42 lb husky is wearing a size large (the medium wouldn’t go over her head).

This is my go to for harnesses! We love it so much - I have multiple colors! The material and design make it super easy to fit my Yorkie and don't rub on his legs like other harnesses we've tried. Having multiple ways to attach the leash also help since during the winter he wears a coat, so it can latch through the jacket hole. But during hikes he can pull so I latch it on the back. Plus love all the matching options this brand offers across all accessories and toys!!

This is the old wild one design without the neck extension, so it was a bit snug to get off over the head but not a real problem. The real issue is the buckles are hard and don’t go on or off easily. By the 2 month mark of buying, one of the buckles broke in itself by getting stuck, you can see how it turned in the photo. I don’t know if the ones directly from wild one are better w their updated design. too bad bc I loved that it had 3 leash hooks.

I had a harness for Sophie but it caught lots of hair in the velcro and it couldn't be washed. The Wild One's wash up nicely! I put them in a mesh bag after spraying it with stain remover, and it's perfect. So I bought this one for Sophie! I haven't tried it on her yet, but I'm fairly sure it will fit from her measurements. These are just great, so soft and easy to put on also.
