She will not eat paté or chunks, and was gettinging finicky in her old age (18yo), was getting a couple flavors of Against The Grain shredded chicken, but those are hard to find, and she started leaving way too much uneaten of the flavors, and they are getting hard to find now anyway. This stuff, she gobbles up & begs for more. Wish they came in larger packages (not larger cans, but more cans to a package)

I think it's ridiculous when people give 1 star reviews because their pets don't like a certain food's taste, but I guess I am doing the flip side of that, so I guess I'm a hypocrite. My cat literally won't eat anything besides crappy cheap food because that's what her foster fed her when she was a kitten (has to be shreds or chunks in gravy, only poultry or beef), so it's been a journey trying to find something she will eat that's not what I consider McDonalds cat food. Well, here we are. If your cat is a jerk like mine, give this a try. Maybe they will like it! There must be some sort of magic kitty type ambrosia in these because she even eats the ones with fish in them, that's how much she likes them.

Did anyone else’s cats get violently ill from this? I've been getting the Wellness CORE Signature Selects Poultry Variety Pack from Chewy and it's been making all 3 of my cats frighteningly sick. I can't tell if the fish variety pack is any better. I thought it was a coincidence or an allergy to chicken at first, but they tolerate other chicken foods fine. My cats first became deathly ill around December, right after I switched them to this food and I’ve had to spend a huge amount of money on vet bills. This food will be going in the garbage immediately now that I know this is the culprit. I rotate different brands of cat food since they get tired of the same food all the time, which is why it took me a while to identify what the issue was. I honestly wasn’t even sure it was food related at first, to be honest. But each time I’ve attempted to put them back on this food, they get violently ill. It needs to be recalled. I looked it up and the Wellness company is no stranger to recalling cat food (Google it). Chewy should stop carrying it. Today, my cat had diarrhea and there was blood in his stool. I've tried different packs of this food, so the issue is not limited to a single bad pack. This is extremely dangerous and serious. This stuff should be removed from the website.

If something has a good rating on Chewy I’ll buy it and test it out knowing one of them should like it. To my (very) pleasant surprise they both not only liked all of the flavors in the pack but they licked their bowls clean...literally. There wasn’t a morsel left. I’m writing this review because I’m back on Chewy ordering more cans...

My cat Noodle is an extremely picky eater, especially when it comes to healthy, natural, wet food. Thankfully Wellness CORE does the job of keeping Noodle healthy, nourished, and hydrated while being both delicious and all natural with no fillers or chemicals. The variety pack keeps him from getting bored since he tends to lose interest in food that has been fed to him too many days in a row. Highly recommend for health conscious cat parents of cats that prefer wet food with a shredded texture.
