I use this food often but today my case of 6 only had 5 in it. I think Chewey is going to send me a replacement but please be aware, open boxes when they arrive

I use this food often but today my case of 6 only had 5 in it. I think Chewey is going to send me a replacement but please be aware, open boxes when they arrive instead of storing on shelf unopened. This company is allowed to m make mistakes sure, but this food is expensive and being shorted a can is not just a big deal in price but also leaves family and pet caregivers short when I plan how much food to leave when I go on a business trip.

We typically enjoy buying all our pet supplies from Chewy but we have an ongoing issue. Every time we buy a case of Wellness canned dog food from Chewy, most of the cans on the perimeter of the case are dented through mishandling. We just bought two cases of twelve cans each and eleven of the 24 cans are dented. We personally avoid buying dented cans for our food consumption because the metal on the inside of the can is compromised and chemicals from the metal can leech into the food. We are concerned about feeding food from dented cans to Max, PepperAnn, and CoCo. What can you do, Chewy?
