I was excited to try this product because I groom my doodle at home and it seemed to be much higher quality than other clippers I’ve bought. However, I followed

I was excited to try this product because I groom my doodle at home and it seemed to be much higher quality than other clippers I’ve bought. However, I followed the instructions to remove the blade so I could replace it with another size and the button immediately jammed and now I can’t switch it out. I’m disappointed since this was advertised as being versatile and easy to swap with other blades. I will say these clippers were quieter than other clippers I’ve tried and I appreciated the long cord. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to actually use them on my dog with the blade getting stuck.

Cuts fur like butter

There's a small learning curve when it comes to learning how to clip on and off the blades. You have to see the YouTube video they have online on how to do it rather

There's a small learning curve when it comes to learning how to clip on and off the blades. You have to see the YouTube video they have online on how to do it rather than the instructions. Once you get it youll see its actually pretty easy to swtitch out blades, just bad instructions. Outside of that the machine is quiet, makes quick work off matts, knotts, and thick hair. In the instructions it does warn to oil daily to maintain them. So get yourself a bottle of their oil. My clippers did get warm but it never got hot. However I do live up north and theres still ice on the ground, if I lived in tropical or subtropical places I would also go ahead and get the ice blade spray too to keep the blades from being too hot. Also do try to give it 15 minute breaks per section if you are in a hot climate. My Goldendoodle is a big standard sized 2 year old and loved getting his winter coat of 6 inches finally sheared off for warmer spring and summer.

I was hesitant and indecisive on which clippers to buy. I had never used any before & really needed some to take care of my saint bernard, chow, & Poochon whose fur had gotten unruly. I ended up taking the plunge on these clippers and couldn't be happier! As a complete newbie to using any clipper, these worked so well for me. And glided through the fur like melted butter. In spots where the mats were tough, I just did a few extra runs at it and successfully chopped it off! I did not think they got too hot too quickly. I did give the clippers (and my dogs) breaks after about 30-45min of buzzing. And cleaned the clippers regularly while using. You can tell it starts to sound different when you've got too much hair building up. My neighbor borrowed these to use on his Australian shepherd mix & he also was impressed with how well they worked. There are negative reviews on everything it seems, so you just have to take a plunge & try something. I am very happy with these!

Very quiet

Great clipper! We finally upgraded from a $20 one, and while I was originally skeptical because of the price of this, I am never going back. This clipper was amazing

Great clipper! We finally upgraded from a $20 one, and while I was originally skeptical because of the price of this, I am never going back. This clipper was amazing. My dog is usually super wiggly and hates getting his hair cut. With this clipper, we reduced the time for his hair trim from 2 hours to 25 minutes. He was much clamer and seemed more at ease. I did have to pay attention to the heat of the clipper head, but later realized I didnt oil it which was why it was getting warm (it wasn't hot, and my dog wasnt bothered but I was worried). Next time I trim I will oil before and that should keep the heat down (thank you internet for the tip).

Disappointed

It seems like this is just a regular shaver for humans. It does not have a guard to cut to different lengths. It is just a shaver so if you want to cut the fur totally

We watched a lot of you tube to make this decision on this brand and model, so do your research and I bet as a home groomer you will pick this one too.

I have two standard size golden doodles and spend $120/ dog on grooming plus tip! I’ve tried to groom them myself in the past and have spent hours and feel like it gets nowhere. With this buzzer it’s a whole different story! It took me about 45 mins per dog and they look like they just left the groomer!!! I’m so happy with my purchase and my bank account is too!

Best clippers Ever

My Poodle/Terrier mix has very fine hair. These clippers are the 4th ones I have tried. With previous clippers, her hair became tangled in the teeth and gummed up

My Poodle/Terrier mix has very fine hair. These clippers are the 4th ones I have tried. With previous clippers, her hair became tangled in the teeth and gummed up the works. Not so with these clippers. The hair is trimmed easily. Also, these clippers are lightweight so holding them does not become a strain. What was once a dreaded chore is now an easy job to do.

I was struggling with some less expensive options for years and finally decided to upgrade. From the first minute of use I could tell this was worth every penny. It's quieter than my previous clippers, the easy on/off blades add speed to the cut, and most importantly it trims poodle hair like it's nothing. Very happy with this purchase.
