Perfect Formula for energy and kidneys

I have bull terriers and the breed is very high energy and prone to kidney issues. The fat and protein ratio in this food is absolutely perfect for my dog's needs

I have bull terriers and the breed is very high energy and prone to kidney issues. The fat and protein ratio in this food is absolutely perfect for my dog's needs. High energy fat fuel, protein easy on the kidneys. Keeps the weight and heavy muscle on them with plush shiny coats. This formula is high in fat, and fat is where dogs get their energy. The protein level is lower, which is actually healthier for dogs, and more in line with the actual protein levels of raw meat. Breeds prone to kidney issues also benefit greatly from a lower, more natural protein level. Victor uses a lot of meat protein, so you do not see the the jacked up protein levels being boosted sky high in other foods by using plant based protein like peas and legumes - The first clinical study just came out showing a definitive link between high protein, grain free, legume based kibbles and and heart disease due to taurine deficiency in dogs. Many expensive grain free foods are literally using cheap legumes in place of meat to jack up the protein on their label.

My dog (a 6 year old poodle mix) is a high energy working dog, who also has a sensitive tummy. He's been on this food since he was a puppy and is in excellent physical condition. When Victor had the food recall we spent about a year trying to switch to a different brand, but every other food caused tummy problems that never settled down. We're back on Victor and my dog is once again doing well!

I found this food through a connection at a pet event. After some research I realized it had too quality ingredients including supplements and minerals not commonly found in standard commercial dog food. My GSD and PB mixes have always been high energy and thin but this food helps them keep the optimum weight and muscle mass while maintaining their stamina for long walks and bike rides. My 16 year old dachshund loves this food too and she's still got enough energy to keep up with the big dogs! No dyes or fillers and no cancer causing ingredients! It's such a great food, I found they have food for cats and started buying that! My FIv+ kitty is doing AMAZING on that too! Win for Victor! I tell EVERYONE about it!

We Love VICTOR

We just started buying Victor dog food about a month and a half ago, and all the dogs love it! My dogs aren't picky eaters, but they seem to some how eat their food

We just started buying Victor dog food about a month and a half ago, and all the dogs love it! My dogs aren't picky eaters, but they seem to some how eat their food faster when I feed them victor! It's a great dog food, and you don't have to feed them as much as a lot of other dog foods out there, and that's great when you have more than one dog! One of my pups has a very sensitive stomach, but seems to be doing well on this food. Their coats are shiny, and their stools are smaller and less frequent. The size of the kibble is a nice size for all size dogs. We love Victor! :)

Golden retrievers love this food

I have two 1 year old golden retrievers that have A LOT of energy. After having researched dry dog foods and trying out many different food brands with my past retrievers

I have two 1 year old golden retrievers that have A LOT of energy. After having researched dry dog foods and trying out many different food brands with my past retrievers I finally found the best food possible for them. Retrievers can have food allergies- especially with wheat and corn products- something this food does not have. They both enjoy their food and it creates a nice, firm stool which is easy to scoop up in the yard. Their coats are shiny and they are maintaining a healthy weight with this food. My entire family had switched to victor food products for their golden retrievers.

I have been feeding this food for 5 months. My dogs are now 1 yr. 4 months. They are very active and with the cold winter we are having they have been stuck inside

I have been feeding this food for 5 months. My dogs are now 1 yr. 4 months. They are very active and with the cold winter we are having they have been stuck inside more than I like. With this food and feeding the recommended amount they have maintained there wait. I had them at the vet in early January and she was impressed with there appearance ( Viszla 42lbs, Siberian Lab 55lbs, Lab 52lbs) I have been highly recommending this food to as many people that will listen. My daughter also feeds this food to her Siberian Lab

Trying to settle on a new dog food and I believe that Victor is the winner. Dogs are eating less of it but maintaining a great weight! Two Newfies and a senior husky. Beautiful coats. Don't think that there is a better quality dog food out there for this price. Chewy as always works hard to get you the food in the shortest amount of time possible. One bag seemed to get lost and they quickly corrected the problem. Great customer service as always!

We like to put fat on our dogs ribs in the winter since they never want to come in, even when it's well below 0F.we mixed this 75/25 with some Rachel Ray food they'd been eating and noticed a difference in weight after 2-3 weeks. Switched from Purina sport active because they were getting sick of that and wouldn't finish their food. Seems to be more effective at fattening them up. No bad gas for our dogs like some of the higher end foods cause. Can't say anything about long term benefits because we like to change it up every 3-4 months. Odd benefit... The consistent, dark color is nice for mixing because you can see if it's been mixed in well. We'll buy this again next winter
