This variety is designed to meet the nutritional needs of growing puppies and adult dogs, specifically large breeds. It would not be recommended for small or medium breed size adult dogs.

Great choice

I bought for a very long time the True Acre and I don't like to change, but lately has been out of stock and I had to replace it. Luckily I found the best replacement! As someone living with Celiac disease, I have to be extremely careful about the allergens in my home - and that includes what goes into my dog's bowl. Finding this gluten-free formula from VICTOR has been a total game changer for us. It gives me complete peace of mind knowing I can feed Tank without risking cross-contamination in our house. Most importantly, Tank absolutely loves it! His energy is great, and he clears his bowl every single time. It’s a win-win for both of us.

Promoted Gut Health on a Budget

Our Bullmastiff puppy has been experiencing an underdeveloped gut for months (she's 6 months old now), and she has constantly had loose stools and awful gas coming

Our Bullmastiff puppy has been experiencing an underdeveloped gut for months (she's 6 months old now), and she has constantly had loose stools and awful gas coming from her. Our vet put her on Hill's Biome Digestive food, which worked absolute wonders for her gut (definitely 5 stars for that food doing its job!!), but at $135 per 27 lb bag, it was not cost-effective for us feeding our large breed at 3 cups/meal and replenishing that bad every 2 weeks! In comes Victor, large breed puppy dog food to save the day! We decided to give Victor a try (as recommended by our breeder), and we achieved the same results as the Hill's Biome dog food, but at $70-ish/40lb bag, it was a double win! Twice as long-lasting, for half the price! Our pup eats the food without issue, and her gut is functioning great! We'll likely promote her to the normal adult food for her large breed once her puppy stage is complete!
