Minties Tiny/Small Mint Flavored Dental Treats for Dogs, 5-24 lbs, 32-oz, 80 count

Last week I ordered three different brands of dental chews for my miniature schnauzer, Apollo, and have been rotating them for him, just one per day. A pleasant minty aroma, just like the other two (Dr. Lyon's and Veggie Dents), but I almost didn't order these because of the misleading illustration on the bag. Makes it look like it's bigger on one end than the other, and much shorter. Thought that made them look very small and was prepared to ask for a refund if that were the case. I've attached a photo to show what they really look like - he enjoys them immensely, and while it's too soon to evaluate long-term dental benefit, the fresh breath and chewing enjoyment he gets are enough for me to recommend these. There have been no adverse effects on his digestive system, no odd colored poop, and no fear of choking. Still, I only offer these when I'm able to watch him closely. And then comb out his beard afterwards. The thing with schnauzers - those great little beards catch everything,

My dogs absolutely love treats, but nothing excites them quite like the sound of the Minties bag. As soon as they hear it, they come running with tails wagging and eyes full of anticipation. Our King Charles Spaniel can hardly contain his excitement and gobbles up the treats as soon as they hit the floor. On the other hand, our mini dachshund takes a more refined approach, savoring each bite slowly. Minties not only bring joy to our furry friends but also make treat time a delightful experience for us as we watch their different, but equally enthusiastic, reactions. The fresh breath benefits are a nice bonus, making Minties a favorite in our household.
