Absolutely love this product but had to discontinue due to the molasses. Work great on my one horse that has no sensitivity to molasses. Feet improved 100% within a very short time and even built top Line! However, for my horses that have insulin resistance and crushings it had the opposite effect. Would purchase it again if it was molasses free. If you have an average horse or competitive horse with no problems this is a great product and I would recommend it for those horses.

I've tried other hood supplements, and in my opinion this is the best on the market. I've been using it for a few months now, and the improvement already is just amazing! We've gone from hardly being able to walk on rocks or hard ground, to walking over it with no problem! Mine are OTTB's with typical bad feet, and I'm pleased to be able to get rid of the shoes and go barefoot finally. Highly recommend this product!

A few months ago I really honed in on my nutrition program for my horses. They’re all off the Trackers or rescues so I’m no stranger to hoof problems. I added tough as nails a few months back and even my farrier has commented on how great their hooves now are. I’ve seen thicker hoof walls, better sole growth, and overall just better hoof health. Are their cheaper products? Sure, but I don’t mind the price on this for the results I have gotten. I love tribute products so this is one I trust and will continue to use in my feed program!

I purchased this product for my miniature mule who has soft hooves and who was going through some thrush issues. Along with treating topically with a thrush treatment I began the Tribute Tough as Nails. It smells very good and he eats his portion with no reluctance. My mule has been on the supplement for two months and my farrier has noticed nice new growth on the hooves with a stronger structure to them. I now have my miniature mare on the product as well and she, a picky eater, eats it with no issue.

My quarter horse Edde had soft hooves with seedy toes since he arrived on the farm. After abt six months of using the recommended daily dose of Tough As Nails his hooves have greatly improved. His trims last longer without badly chipping. Seedy toes is mostly gone.

I put one of my horses on this supplement about 6 months ago. The blacksmith keeps telling me his feet look great each time he shoes him. This horse has been through a bad case of white line disease has had thin soles. I also put Keratex hoof hardener on the outside of his hoof (but not the sole per blacksmith instructions). This horse also eats it right up. Well worth it!
