This is high quality horse feed the horses seem to love it. HOWEVER, I do have a complaint about the delivery service Chewy uses. I have complained several times in the past about FED EX. It’s resolved for one or two deliveries then right back to just dumping my orders where ever the driver feels inclined to drop. This last one, as you can see in the pic was dumped in the rain 5 steps from my covered back porch also pictured. I’m about to have to cancel because I cannot risk mold happening for my horse feed. MOLD CAN BE an expensive problem I don’t wish to have. FIRE FED EX ASAP and hire a reputable delivery service that cares about your customers!! I spend just under 200.00 bucks a week with you!!!

This product solves so many issues at once--No inflammatory corn or molasses, Higher fiber and more Pre & Probiotics for Better Digestion, better ratio of Anti-Inflammatory Omegas (6/3), more Muscle-Building Amino Acids (don't expect a better topline with just exercise), and NO MINERAL OIL, which has No nutritional value. PLUS, for a few dollars more it includes the joint supplements Glucosamine & MSM, which saved me from a knee replacement. I initially decided to try this because my horse was having a problem that has become so common, the vets are calling it "fecal water syndrome." I was shocked to find the other food I was feeding contained mineral oil--a lubricant! Check your feed labels--Many of the other well-known feeds have this! Mineral oil does not prevent colic. It helps if a horse has an impaction. Within days, my horse's digestive problem improved on this feed and I won't have to buy joint supplements. I couldn't be more pleased that I no longer have to clean a soiled tail and rear legs, and I know he's getting quality ingredients.

Just started this feed. I got a pitiful boney rescue horse that needed weight. I started on Pro Elite senior and unlimited hay which added his needed weight over 5 months. He became more and more antsy and jumpy. I switched him to this product over a course of 5 days. He's been on this for about 10days now and he is the calmest sweetest guy I've truly ever had. It resembles card board so please at least wet it. He doesn't gobble it like he did the sweeter feed but since he's getting over being food frantic he does eat it. I feel like this feed is showing his true calm sweet character and he's getting the nutrients he needs. I will add a hoof supplement but Im very happy with the results of this new feed.

This VERY heavy bag was placed at the very outer stone pillar on my property. I have a semicircular drive so first of all it would have been much easier for me and the whole reason I ordered delivery rather than me have to haul the heavy bag into my car at the supply shop and then haul it to my horses’ food container, for the driver to come up the drive, place the VERY heavy bag as close to my house that they could and then carry on driving around the semicircular drive, actually placing them in a much safer forward direction to pull out onto the very busy and dangerous state route we live on. I had to ask a fitter and younger friend to carry the VERY HEAVY box up to the house for me because it could have literally been stolen by any passerby. I am very disappointed and will probably not reorder from Chewy again, particularly goods that are VERY heavy

My 20 year old Arabian mare has been troubled by laminitis in the past and needs a low NSC feed with a relatively high content of protein. That's exactly what she is getting here. LOVES this feed and is doing very well on it---I feed her a diet that is 50% hay, 25% Tribute Seniority Low NSC,which is alfalfa-based,, and 25% Kalm & EZ with Chondritan, which is beet-pulp-based. Both feeds are highly palatable, and this combo is exactly what my Vet recommended after I showed him the nutritional info for a variety of pelleted low NSC feeds. I'm very happy with these feeds, and so is my mare.

Bought this for my newly adopted 11 year old Off the track thoroughbred. He raced until 2017 and I want to give him extra joint support. This product makes it so easy, the boarding facility gives him 2lbs every morning and I know he is getting the extra supplements he needs without buying and mixing everything separately. He loves this feed, it does not make him HOT. It came fresh and the next day after the order was placed. I love Chewy.com for all my pets needs.

I previously had my mare on the regular Kalm ‘n Ez but noticed her joints were alittle noisy so I switched her to this for some joint support. She has done amazingly well, joints seem happy, coat is shiny, good weight and her demeanor is calm even while working. She always looks forward to feed time and cleans her bucket after every meal.
