Someone at the barn had purchased on of these and when my horse discovered it, he chewed through the plastic to get to it. He seems to crave them more during our hot humid summer months and is now demolishing a block every few weeks. When the weather is cooler, they may last for six weeks.

I originally bought this product for my mare who had to be on stall rest for 4 weeks. I figured it would help with potential ulcers if she was stressed and also to help keep her busy, as she has no interest in toys, and with being on stall rest and not exercising I couldn't just give her unlimited food to keep her busy. She loved this product. The first block she did go through in about 2 weeks (granted I'm sure it would have lasted longer if she wasn't locked in 24/7). Now they are lasting 3-4 weeks which is nice since the price has went up quite a bit since Tribute first released this product. I plan to add these into my other horses diets in the summer when we travel for camping and horse shows as well.

After a month of Constant Comfort Plus, he's all cleared up! No more mess!! A 40 lb bag lasts 10 weeks! Yhank you Tribute!!! I will not feed anything else!! : )

Unique way to ward off ulcers that my horses use!

I think my horses have a pretty peaceful stress free life, yet if you know horses you know that stomach acid can build up when they cant have access to forage 24/7

I think my horses have a pretty peaceful stress free life, yet if you know horses you know that stomach acid can build up when they cant have access to forage 24/7. I put one block in each of my 3 guys stalls. my nervous horse with tendencies for loose stools started working on his block right away and now a month later the block is half gone. My mule who is on the stoic side still has 2/3 of his block and my Zen horse just has little places gone in his block. I have peace of mind knowing if I'm late feeding or their slow net hay bags are empty, they have these blocks to control their stomach acid that bubbles up while they are waiting for me! Well worth the cost for us all!!

I don’t know if it’s working or not, but I am hopeful. I purchased three. Probably won’t buy anymore because they aren’t cost effective.

The block form makes it always available!

Both my geldings do t get free feed for different reasons. This block is always available in thier runs and stalls if they want to nibble when thier hay rations

I decided to try this on my mare that has loose stools fairly regularly (she's a stresser with a sensitive gut). She eats it in moderation, we're starting week 3 and only halfway through it. So far, her stools have improved and are mostly formed now which is surprising since any new thing added to her diet usually creates instant cow pies for a few weeks! I will definitely be ordering these regularly for her!

seems to help

I have an 11 hand pony that suffers from ulcers. I can't keep grass hay in front of her 24/7 since she gains weight so easily. I was happy to come across this

I have an 11 hand pony that suffers from ulcers. I can't keep grass hay in front of her 24/7 since she gains weight so easily. I was happy to come across this block. I do believe it's helping with the stomach acid. It's been about 3 wks and she's used about 1/2 of it. As long as this stays avail, I will continue to give it to her.

Good but softer than most blocks.

Both my horses loved this block. Almost too much. They both went through their own block in 3days.. they had access to it at night only. I will be purchasing again
