I paid too much for this new order of rocks, I would like to get what I paid for.theres no way 38lb should be able to fix into a 35lb bucket? $25.99 last month I paid way less for the same amount!

Perhaps the bucket doesn't come full and has room for the extra 3lbs. Kinda like bags of potato chips? Try weighing instead of going by volume.

How did it fit?, I bought a 38lb box for $25.99+tax and somehow the entire 38lb box fit into the 35lb bucket I bought last month, so how did it fit,I thought to myself that it would be overflowing or have some leftover from the 38lb

The bucket holds more than 35lbs. There is always headspace in the buckets when I buy them.

Actually, I got the plastic jug, and I order this to alternate with my World's Best Cat Litter. I only do this because Cricket and Tallulah were only recently introduced

Actually, I got the plastic jug, and I order this to alternate with my World's Best Cat Litter. I only do this because Cricket and Tallulah were only recently introduced to World's Best, so I want to make sure if they still prefer the Tidy Cats, they will have the choice, even though I mix them. So far it's not been an issue that I can tell. I think what I may try is a box with just Tidy Cats and one with just World's Best - see if they prefer one! My own science project! I'll let you know! ;)

I always purchase my cat litter through chewy and usually it is amazing! This review is not at all about the product but it is about the packaging. My cats are my babies and i spend a lot of money on keeping up with things for them and making sure they have clean litter boxes. Cat litter is not cheap by any means and no customer should have to throw away most of the product they ordered because of the packaging. There needs to be a better system to insure this doesn’t happen to more people.

I really love chewy, and I will always continue to order here. I have 12 cats, and I used to go get my own litter and food, and lug it all up the stairs myself which is really hard. I don’t know how these delivery drivers do it because they do it literally all day at everyone’s houses. There are so many people that can’t go get stuff like that or even if they could, they can’t lift it and then look at home and My only complaint is that they always put the cat litter deodorizer in with the giant pile of cat litter, and then they get crushed, and even though there’s a shrink wrap around it, it still gets opened and powder everywhere. They’re great about replacements, but it’s annoying that this keeps happening.. People don’t have transportation, chewy is literally a lifesaver, and I’m so thankful for them.

Okay so I have two beautiful Persian kitties that share a litter box and they can have some seriously stinky output... I was a little hesitant to purchase this seeing as many people hated the scent and were not okay with it at all, I bought it anyway cause I needed an affordable CLUMPING litter that was good at controlling oder as well, I decided to just go ahead and try this out, well... the scent is beyond what I imagined, it smells amazing and isn't too strong, it smells like those scented pencils you got as a kid, it was very soft and fresh but didn't leave me with a headache from the smell nor took over my bedroom with the scent. I am pretty picky about litter because my babies also are sensitive to litters because they are Persians with very flat faces and so I was worried they would get allergic, but so far I noticed a tad bit more eye tear stains than normal but hoping it isn't from the litter. Great at controlling oder! NOT dusty, very good at clumping and now when I clean their box out I am not spending my time breaking my back trying to shovel out litter that gets stuck to the bottom like cement etc, easy and fast clean up! Which is great for me because I have health issues and joint problems so now I don't have to worry about exerting unnecessary energy just to clean a litter box. so bottom line, I HIGHLY recommend this litter! Try it out, it is worth the money!

RIDICULOUS PACKAGING

I am a senior citizen and thought it would be more convenient to order my cat litter thru Chewy. When I get it at the store, it is so heavy to put in the basket, take out of the basket to put it in the trunk of my car, then take it out when I get home, get it to my porch, sit it down, then wait awhile, go out onto the porch and get it and bring it in and carry it all the way to the back of the house to the wash room. So I thought, hey, this would be so, so much easier by ordering it and then that way, I would only have to carry it from the porch to the wash room, so I ordered 2 of the 20 lbs containers. I got my order today...it was in one big box. I had to open the box and take both containers out on my front porch, in 104 degree heat. Stupid packaging.

This refill worked well enough, but I don't think it worked quite as well as the other litter in the same line that the company sells. Positive: I don't want an overly fragrant litter because it's not good for cats, and this definitely was not over powering. A lot of dust when dumping it into the litter box, but that disappeared fast. I had no issues with dust after . Negative: It doesn't clump that well. On contact, the litter seems to clump but when trying to lift it from the box, especially corners, it crumbles some. I wasn't looking for hard clumping, or I would have purchased hard clumping litter. I'm just surprised this litter falls apart. What's odd to me is another scent, which is the same type of litter, clumps better. Overall, not a bad product.

My problem with Chewy is they put so much in a box. Like a 35 pound buckets of litter and a 22 pound of cat food, you try to put everything in one box, most women order from Chewy, so they don’t have to carry or lift it in the store, but yet you load the box so heavy it’s too hard for us to not buy it in a store so that is why I quit ordering from y’all for a while and if I do order from you again I think I will make two or three different orders just so I can pick up the box.

Dusty cat litter-a threat for upper respiratory health for cats or humans

I have used this cat litter for years. I have tried different versions of Tidy Cats: Red Cap, Black Cap, and Lightweight. The Glade-scented version has consistently

I have used this cat litter for years. I have tried different versions of Tidy Cats: Red Cap, Black Cap, and Lightweight. The Glade-scented version has consistently been superior to the others in terms of clumping and absorption. Since 2023, I noticed inconsistent quality in this product. Some batches were low dust, as advertised, with good absorption capacity, while others (the vast majority received through Chewy.com since April 2023) contained finer and dustier cat litter. I am attaching a picture of how dusty the cat litter box gets after pouring cat litter straight from the jug. I finally had enough after seeing my cats sneezing after using the box; it irritated their respiratory tracts. Similarly, I found myself sneezing and wheezing every time I cleaned or changed the cat litter. I suffer from chronic asthma and have to use a mask when using this litter. Overall, I find their advertisement of 'low dust' to be pretty deceiving.

Making the litter not last as long and cats don't want to use it then. I will say that I'm EXTREMELY upset where the FedEx driver delivered it. Left it in my driveway in front of my son's truck. I'm disabled and had absolutely no way to bring them in. I had to have someone come to bring it in. It's making me think twice about using chewing.com again.
