The Tetra Pond Koi Vibrance Color Enhancing Sticks Koi & Goldfish Food's formula has recently changed to an all-natural one, free of artificial dyes and preservatives, and is a different color from the previous formula. You may come across a package of the old formula still on the market.

I have picky koi--I know, rare as they are usually voracious eaters--and most sticks or pellets I've bought for them they've refused to eat, leaving them to either float until they disintegrate, or sink, where they disintegrate, either way making a mess of the pond. With these a couple of my koi aren't super happy and hold back until they realize that's all that's on offer, but the rest eat without complaint. And no having to net or scoop out what they won't eat.

I had been feeding the Tetra pond koi food for many years, but this year, the formula changed. The food is very crumbly and powdery; my fish are unhappy with it,

It clouds the water, and the fish don't gobble it up like they used to. I have to find a different food because this food costs a lot of money, but it's money that is wasted because of the crumbly food and the fish don't eat it. This doesn't even rate one star; it should be a minus.
