These filter pads effectively clean my 400+ gallon koi pond. Used with BioBalls these pads keep our pond crystal clear. These pads are durable and can be repeatedly cleaned by spraying with a hose and then replaced in the filter. (The carbon pad doesn't last as long as the coarser blue pad.)
