Temptations Adult Seafood Medley Flavor Dry Cat Food, 13.5-lb bag

Ner Nur Francis is 12 years old, and has lost most of his teeth. Losing his teeth hasn’t changed his appetite though, he absolutely loves to eat and be treated. I already feed him Temptations cat treats which he adores, so I was so excited when I saw that they had now come out with Temptations cat food.Ner Nur tried the Temptations Seafood Medley flavor adult dry cat food, and it was a huge success! I mixed it in with his current dry food just to introduce it into his diet, but there wasn’t really a need to because he loves it so much and adapted just fine. His sensitive stomach is doing well with it, and I love to see how excited he is to eat it. It has a nice variety of sizes and shapes of crunchy bits mixed in with the creamy center treats the brand is most known for. Ner Nur has been able to chew the food easily, and I notice him visiting his food bowl more frequently because he likes it so much. Senior cat approved, and highly recommended.

I had been purchasing my kitties a particular brand and flavor dry cat food for a while. I ran out of the regular and grabbed Temptations as a substitute. Well, my substitute became their favorite quickly. I had to fill their bowls 3 times a day. I have completely switched to Temptations dry food and the bowls are empty again by 9pm. They have two eating stations, but one of them gets on empty quicker than the other because it's in my room (their hangout). This was a great temporary purchase; that became permanent.

The situation is ridiculous with the Temptations Tasty Chicken dry food because it has turned my sophisticated senior into a poultry obsessed maniac. I used to buy him the high end veterinary grade chicken formulas that were supposed to be the gold standard of nutrition, and he would not even give them a second glance. Now, he treats this 13.5 lb chicken bag like it is a suitcase full of unmarked bills. He dives into the bowl with such intensity that I am starting to think those expensive brands were just a personal insult to his taste buds. He finishes the entire serving and then looks at the empty spot where his fancy food used to sit as if to say, "Do not you ever bring that expensive grass back into this house." It is honestly hilarious that after ten years of trying to provide him with a five star culinary experience, he just wanted to be a chicken connoisseur on a budget. He clears the bowl of chicken dry food and then circles back to make sure he did not miss a single crumb, exhibiting more energy than I have seen from him in years. If you are currently wasting money on gourmet kibble that your cat will not touch, just accept your defeat and buy the big bag. Your wallet will be heavier, your cat will be obsessed, and you can finally stop feeling guilty about his refusal to eat the fancy stuff.

I am so happy they started making the temptation treats into actual dry food. My cat loves all temptation treats and now with having temptations adult dry food she is even more happy. This brand gives great texture and great flavors. She was always picky when it came to finding perfect dry food but now I have no issues ever since these came along. The temptations seafood medley is one of her fave flavors but she also enjoys the tuna just as much. I highly recommend this for your cats especial if they are fans of temptation treats. I will continue to buy these from now on in all flavors to mix it up.
