I've tried both kinds, one with raw peices and one without, she likes the one with the raw peices better. When I first gave it to her she would eat it without any other raw with it ,hambuger, chicken, ect ,but after 2 months she wouldn't eat it unless I put more raw stuff on it. So that's what I do now, alittle hamburger lightly cooked or lightly cooked chicken and broth and she eats it all. I buy this brand for the robotics and the glucosamine and chondrotin they have in it for her joints. It has a higher amt than other foods I've looked at, plus her coat is really shiney.

Unfortunately, this dry food did not work well for my dog. The kibble pieces were extremely hard, making it difficult for her to chew. I initially thought about softening it with a bit of warm water, but according to the label instructions, the food should not be soaked for longer than an hour. This made it even more challenging for my dog to eat. After eating it as directed, he developed digestive issues. I had to stop feeding it immediately, and once I switched back to herprevious food, the symptoms resolved. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this product, especially for dogs with sensitive stomachs, allergies, or chewing difficulties.

The price is more than I’d like to pay, but I started having problems with my dog’s old brand of food. Not sure if it was the way it was stored before I bought it, but my dog kept throwing up and having bloody diarrhea. We took him to the vet, bought a different bag thinking maybe the bag was bad but he got better than bad again. Then we found Wild Red. They had the little bags on sale for $16 so we bought it and he liked it. He’s a chihuahua and shih tzu mix, so the kibbles are the perfect size for him. He had some softer poops at first, but he has adjusted and loves it. He was having skin issues before, red paws and red beard, flaking skin on his back, but this brand seems to be doing the trick.

This Food is Perfect for Dogs With Allergies!

My Doodle has food allergies, chicken, yeast, etc ear infections caused by yeast allergies. I switched him over to this brand and he’s not scratching and his ears are clear after 2 weeks there’s a massive improvement. My only complaint is that the kibble could be larger as he’s a big guy! (I’ll whisper that part) I’m very happy with this and would definitely recommend it! My daughter has a frenchie that has food allergies and it worked for her too!

I have tried a number of high quality kibble foods and have tried toppings on each. This is the first kibble our dog finishes and has continued to finish. His coat is also looking glossier and feels softer. He is also back to playing and moving like a much younger dog (he's 9).

I was introduced to this brand while shopping at a pet boutique and loved the Magical Dinner Dust. Decided to try the kibble this time and my furbabies are loving it!!!! Their coats are shinier and their poop is solid, as far as the packaging, food smells fresh and not rancid like other brands I purchased in the past. Overall, this food has been amazing.

I have a small Chihuahua/Jack Russell mix and she is the pickiest eater ever. She is 2 years old and gets tired of any food I buy her almost immediately. I think we may have finally found a food she might stick with, as it's been a couple of weeks and she still eats every last bit of it. The fact that my research suggested this brand to be one of the better ones based on ingredients, nutrition and production, I'm very happy with my purchase!

I have picky eaters but they seem to love all things Stella and Chewy. This is a nice option for those who want to stay away from peas, etc. I have one dog that was having trouble with a lot of foods so we tested . He is allergic to some grains. He does good on this and I don’t have to worry about the peas. I feed this in am and feed raw in the pm. So far everything is great. I really didn’t need to do a lengthy switch. The only issue is the size of the kibble. I have large dogs and I have to watch for choking. The kibble is small- like pea size. Please make a small breed if you are going to make it that small. For now, I put some Vital essentials freeze dried raw in with it as it is crunchy. This slows the problem child down a bit.
