I have 4 cats ranging in age from 1 to 14 years, and ranging in girth from slender to overweight (one of the four). My hefty boy Orion also has early-stage kidney disease and needs a food not only lower in fat, but also not overly rich in protein. I had been feeding them the Solid Gold Moon Shadow rabbit formula, which has just been discontinued, so after much research, I switched them to Winged Tiger. They seem to love it, and so far no ill effects. I did call customer service at Solid Gold, however, to ask about availability of larger sized bags, but they've made the odd decision to package this no larger than 6 lbs. Rather inconvenient when one has 4 mouths to feed.

My kitten (now 1 yr old!) has always had an issue with loose stools- not quite diarrhea (although at times it was), but very very loose and definitely mucous at times. I tried everything besides changing his food because he was on the same food as my other cat and seemed to like it! I tried adding in probiotics, doing more wet food, increasing water, even digestive topper aids. Nothing helped! I finally gave in and found this brand of sensitive food after my vet recommended a “novel protein”- something different than chicken or salmon. It was magical. His poops are insane now. I never thought I would care so much about my cats poop. He’s a long hair so a firm poop means an easier life for me. Will forever be buying this food!!!!!

My 8.5 year old cat needs sensitive stomach dry food, everything else constipates her terribly. Most reviews of sensitive stomach dry foods talk about vomiting and I got directed to foods with “digestive support”- but that is not the same as “easily digestible” and those foods caused pooping problems for her. If your cat is prone to constipation, Winged Tiger is a good, quality food worth trying. My girl has been eating Blue Buffalo Blissful Belly her whole adult life and she likes it (also doesn’t cause constipation for her!), but I wanted her diet to have more variety. I know Solid Gold is a quality brand so I’m thrilled that she really enjoys it. Her poops are normal and I like the high quality protein sources (first ingredient is quail, very fancy!) and pumpkin for fiber. She really likes the taste, a lot better than the more bland whitefish-based “easy digestion” kibble for sensitive stomachs from other brands. After slowly introducing it, I’m now able to alternate between this and Blissful Belly and broaden her protein and nutrient intake while making the crunchy part of her meals a little more interesting The kibble is very small, I wish it was just a bit bigger but it might be an added bonus for cats who can’t chew hard food well.

I have 1 kitty who vomits all the time from eating too fast. He likes this flavor and seems to be eating slower. My other kitty has an allergy to food. We have been using this grain free food and he seems to tolerate it pretty well. It has been 2 months, and he is doing good. I have tri8ed multiply food for him and he has gone through maybe 2 bags and starts to get sick again. I am happy to say it is working. Don't tell him. Thank you Chewy!!!

Wow, my two cats have been eating this for about a week now and I can tell the difference! My little man, Buddy, has had a dandruff problem for a long time. Lately it seemed to be much worse. Every time I brushed him there were almost more flakes than hair. I brushed him again last night and maybe two flakes!! And he is so soft now, his coat is shinier, too. Mrs Meowgi didn't have the flaking but her already soft fur seems to be healthier, too. I'll be buying this all the time. I feel bad that my little man has been suffering with dry/itchy skin for so long. But he has forgiven me.

After many years on prescription-only food for sensitive tummy cat, and with other cats having to eat same food, and with the script food still not helping 100%, was looking for an alternative. My cats’ breeder had sent the kittens home with baby food from Solid Gold, so I knew it was a high-quality company. Gave the Quail and Pumpkin dry a try. All three of my Maine Coons love it and the litter box is much better. Happy to it’s made in USA so feel quality not an issue

Saved my old cat's stomach

This saved my my 16yo kitty's stomach. She's on mostly wet food with dry food as a "side"/topper to encourage eating. My old girl was diagnosed with GI inflammation. She was very nauseous and having inconsistent poo issues. She was on medication for her nausea but wasn't wanting to take her fiber supplement, so I started researching for food that would be good for gut and GI health. This came up, and I decided to give it a shot. My girl already has a sensitive stomach and sensitive to food changes as a whole so I did transition this food very (very) slowly. This has worked wonders. My kitty doesn't need her medicine as much as her poo has been so much better, and consistent. I'm so pleased and grateful that I took a shot at this blend!

Food is good, but watch for weight discrepancy!

My cats are doing well on this food ,but I received a bag that is not #6lbs of food. It's a little over 4 lbs, in a 6lb bag. I'm not paying $28 to have a quarter
