My English Bulldog took to it pretty instantly. She woofed it down like it's a treat and didn't even hesitate about what it was. This tells me that it smells and tastes good. I hope that all the benefits it states will truly be provided (gut support, immune system support). The topper comes in these round ball like pieces. The ball is a nice size, a tiny bit bigger than the circumference of a nickel. I give my dog about 4 balls on top of her food breakfast and dinner. Now I don't know if that is too much or too little b/c the bag doesn't provide feeding recommendation. I typically see by dog weight or something to provide guidance but I didn't see that any where on the bag other than it is intended for intermittent or supplemental feeding only. To me, that's not helpful. I'm seriously considering adding this to my dog's nourishment routine. So far so good.

I read the ingredients three times. in chewy and my vet recommended that will help my dog who's 11 years old feel better and I ordered it which was 70 something dollars and normally I don't throw that kind of money away but I want to make her feel better and my I get it and we're eating dinner and my son reads the label and he says mom you can't give this to Annie and I said why and he says because there's chicken in it and I'm like you got to be kidding me there's no chicken. so nowhere in the ingredients does it say chicken but when you get the bottle or the jar it says chicken so if your dog is chicken allergic don't order it...

I used it as both a meal topper and a treat. I have large breed and small breed and they both liked it. My small breed is older and has teeth missing. She was still able to eat these safely and enjoy them. There isn’t an overbearing smell thankfully. The packaging is simple and resealable. We didn’t have any upset tummies, however my lab did seem to have more gas. Overall, I’d get them again and use as treats.
