Solid Gold Beef Bone Broth is an excellent liquid form topping made from ingredients sourced in the US. I have an 11-year-old, 17-pound Bichon Frise that just loves the broth, and mixing it with his kibbles results in a wholesome meal meeting all of his nutritional requirements. I have also used the product by itself and he enjoys the broth and helps him stay hydrated. The product is supplied in a pouch which is somewhat of a challenge as it is hard to store and maintain upright. I would prefer it be supplied in a traditional square container with a snap-on/off cap. Since turmeric is often used as an anti-inflammatory supplement, it’s nice to have an option to enhance my dog’s health benefits as he is getting older and experiencing hip and back pain. My bichon will not eat dry kibbles and the beef bone broth is an excellent option to moisten and wet his dry food. It’s nice to know by adding the broth, I am taking care of making his food palatable and offering health benefits at the same time. He likes the taste of the topping making it worthwhile to combine with kibbles. This is an excellent product your dog will enjoy and I give the Solid Gold Beef Bone Broth with Turmeric a 4-STAR Rating.

So went home fixed her supper as Ugse & she didn't eat hardly At all as is her way normally & since she cut it back to once a day, where she'll eat all of it, @once & not split up twice, as I had, so. fine.! I put it down in am, & after few hrs, pick it up bc I left it out by accident that day but it was still there & that night I put new down she ate both, next night picked up am after cpl. hrs & had only pm out that night, again no eat. Next day tried both just at night, worked so every time tried 2 day b4, she ate it. So I used the broth when she was eat'n it w/H²O, but the broth was less even w/H²O, so cheap was gr8!

He just ate it all up so I know that he loves the taste of this Beef Bone Broth. At $3.99 per pouch, I would give this a go if you are exploring around for options without breaking the bank as Solid Gold has a range of flavors you can choose for you furry friends. Yes, recommended to your pets who are trained in wet food meals. Although my pet is mainly trained in dry food, I had no reservations in having my pet try this product to close friends and family.

Every time they were fed after and saw the pouch, they went ballistic. I noticed they both had softer coats after eating for a few days and seemed a bit more energetic. Especially for my older dog who’s 14. I’ll be ordering this again for sure. The dogs loved it, and I saw beneficial behaviors from them after they started on it. That’s a solid win in my eyes.

I thought it was just a tummy bug, and waited over a week and tried again. Nope, same reaction, except this time 2 of them also threw up, and one had such bad diarrhea that he had to be medicated! So I chucked the rest and waited for my next order, which would be a new batch. Yup, you guessed it. SAME RESULTS. I have some sensitive dogs, but some would eat aluminum cans if I let them, without issues! Solid Gold is a great company, but this was a giant flop.

My 14 YO lab mix survived pancreatitis and gastritis 3 years ago and has been on prescription low fat dry food for sensitive stomachs since. I was making chicken and brown rice for one meal a day, but he started showing disinterest even in that. He also had horrible gas that could clear a room, so something wasn't right. I was down to just giving him dry food when I read that bone broth could improve digestion. I tried the turkey broth on his dry food and practically overnight, his digestion improved. We're both sleeping much better without his toxic emissions. I haven't tried the beef yet but will next.

I will warm a little bit and add some local honey. This definitely helps his cough. I also used this when another dog of ours had kennel cough this winter. Again, I mixed it with the local honey, and it was a greatway to soothe his throat. Most people don’t realize that this is the bone broth. You should be feeding pets because it does not Have certain ingredients that other bone broth do. Store-bought bone broth often is made with onions and other vegetables. This is exactly what you need for your dog or cat.
