Can I use this in a 4x2x2 enclosure for a bearded dragon was his day time light but also basking? I use the thrive golden light basking spot 100w lights right now for heat and kind of as a day/night cycle as well as some natural light as the cage is backed up to a window.

Daylight bulbs and basking bulbs can be used interchangeably. The Snake Discovery Daylight Reptile Bulb just prioritizes brightness and seeks to mimic natural sunlight, whereas basking lights focus more on generating more intense, targeted heat. While daylight bulbs do emit heat, their primary function is illumination. For a bearded dragon, it is recommended to go with the basking bulb instead.
