Chewy fan for life

I had to return the Simparica because I forgot I had it on auto ship and got it from my vet also. I mentioned in the return that my Bear has been recently diagnosed with a mast cell tumor which will be terminal, although he is comfortable for now. Imagine my surprise when I got this card and toy in the mail from the Chewy WOW team. WOW is right! It meant SO much. I am a fan for life.

I've been using this product for my 102lb German Shepherd for 18 months and it keeps him free of nasty parasites Fleas, ticks mites. If you have a black dog you know how hard it can be to see anything in and on their fur. Mine is a very furry black dog! Also BC of his size there aren't a whole lot of treatments that are effective. Most only treat dogs up to 100lbs. Zoetis also has a rewards program on products you purchase. It's a rewards point program that saves you on veterinary costs. Anything you can save at your vet is a blessing especially if you have a dog with health issues mine is a rescue and has an enlarged Heart due to him having heartworms before he was rescued off the streets in the South Eastern US! Due to owner dumping him !So his care is quite expensive between heart meds fluid pills n prevenatives such as flea tick and heartworm prevention. Also supplements! He's only 3yrs old!! So people reading this If you Can keep your dog's on prevenatives every month. It's a small price to pay for your pets health. We love our furbaby!! I only Wish We Could Have adopted him sooner.so sad because he has been dealing with this since age 19 months. They Did not care enough to put him on a monthly heartworm n parasite prevention. It would have only cost her 10.00 per month! Chewy has great prices amazing customer service and quick deliveries they love animals & do alot for rescues so I get my meds for. My baby from them!

BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS

First off the product is incredible I’ve been using it successfully for years on my very sensitive belly and skin dog, but what more impressive than the product is Chewy’s service! I messed up and somehow canceled my autoship, when I went to give my dogs their flea product this month I realized I was out. My one dog had a vet appointment so I figured no biggy I will get a single dose from my vet to get me by…. Well little do I know they were out of stock and I was leaving for vacation in just 3 days. So I placed an order with chewy and explained my situation. Offered to pay for overnight shipping and they said “no need to pay we have you” NO JOKE, I spoke to chewy 4pm by 12 noon the next day my flea product was on my doorstep. What an incredible company. Not only that the associate I spoke with was absolutely incredible, kind, compassionate and understanding. I am beyond grateful to be their customer

I only received half my order with no explanation but paid for whole order. Contacted Chewy and was told half payment would be refunded but would take 3 days. Tried to find out the reason multiple times. Talked to my vet and they said they would call. Talked to my vet clinic the next day and was told they called Chewy and everything was straightened out and I would receive the other half of my order. I never received the other half. I have always used Chewy but after several attempts to straighten out my order and never receiving my whole order and even after responding back to the automated email asking if I was satisfied with my order (responded back as to why I was not satisfied), I did not receive the rest of my order nor did I ever receive a reply. I did place my order with another company that sends out multiple emails including one that lets you know if your order will be completed in full or if it cannot. I firmly believe that Chewy should notify if order cannot be completed in full instead of shipping out partial orders with no explanation

CHEWY RIPS YOU OFF - CHECK BBB & REVIEWS

I made order # 1666358720 on 4/26/25. Price was $137 - $20 (RXSPRING20) - $6.85 (5% Auto Ship) - $43 (Gift Card) - $67.15 (Debit Card). The order was not fulfilled

I made order # 1666358720 on 4/26/25. Price was $137 - $20 (RXSPRING20) - $6.85 (5% Auto Ship) - $43 (Gift Card) - $67.15 (Debit Card). The order was not fulfilled by Chewy till 6/10/25. Chewy charged my Debit Card $110.15. The gift card was not reimbursed so I lost $43 doing business with Chewy. In addition, I lost time (because I had to schedule appointment w/ Vet, travel there and back, plus the wait time in between, plus pay for Vet fees, then pay to Mail prescription to Chewy, etc, etc... There are honest and reliable companies to do business with, stay away from Chewy. FYI: they have not even bothered writing back to me, I sent them several emails. I am considering filing a Small Claims Action against them especially after reviewing BBB and other Reviews of how they do this to other people, and apparently, its systematic. I will follow up after filing claims on BBB, etc, plus the possible Small Claims Action. I'm also going to send them a 1099 for $43 once I find their Tax ID (I haven't checked yet)...

I did a LOT of research on flea meds because I don’t like putting poison in my dog. This came recommended so I tried it. The only bad thing is I still occasionally see a flea or 2 after he’s been outside and of course they bite him and he scratches. I wish these bugs never existed.

Great product. No side effects whatsoever. Dog loves it. We live in a relatively high-risk area: rural, lots of wild animals (deer, coyote, rabbits, ground squirrels, etc) & have neighbors with outdoor pets. All types of ticks & the rabbits tend to have fleas. We've been using Simparica for a few years & it is very effective. Even if my dog gets a tick on him, it dies immediately attempting to attach. Only have had to take a few dead ones off in 3 years.

Too Expensive

You need to cut the price of canine medications. We know it doesn’t cost $137 for 6 tablets. This is outrageous.

We gave Dixie Blu our 99lb black lab Simparica right up until she passed away June 9th. It was the best medicine to do the job of keeping her tick and flea free. Now shes free of all worldly aches and pains enjoying a heavenly afterlife. What a loving sweet dog Dixie Blu was! She will be missed by all who gave her a pat on the head and a chicken jerky treat! Thank you "Team Chewy" for being a part of a wonderful dog life! John H

I strongly believe this is what led us to have to ultimately put our dog down. Do not give this poison! The next morning after his pill he was trembling and weak. He collapsed and never could get back up. Eventually his neurological system shut down. He was fine before. The pill was the only thing different that was ingested. This medicine causes seizures & neurological issues. After a couple days he still was not able to get up, eat, or potty & breathing was getting worse. Eventually he had to be put down. We miss him so much!!
