After 2 weeks of run around gonna finally receive my package for My 4 month schnauzer due to he’s been itching since he was born and nothing was helping him out nor the vet couldn’t find out why Untill now she decided to have me order this pill so hopefully my dog can stop scratching his poor skin and go back on the grass to use the bathroom like a normal dog instead of the sidewalk ,we sprayed our yard n he still won’t go so hopefully this pill works . Also I can’t count the number of times I’ve called desperately trying to explain to customer service that I have always been on auto-shipments n auto pay but receiving messages saying my auto shipments needs to be activated so I was charged more plus I use to get coupons to use towards order’sPlease train customer service to look at account’s properly & thoroughly especially those of us who are using your auto-payments & shipments every 3 months, unfortunately they do not comprehend & are constantly putting different dates when my fur babies r due their Simparica. This product seems to work well for my dog. I have been using it for about 3-4 years with no problems for my dog with respect to side effects and it has kept her flea and tick free this whole time. We live in a hot and humid climate where the winters don't get cold enough to even kill mosquitoes so I need to use this product all year round. In the past, I have used the flea and tick oils, and the seresto collars and both products did not keep my dog free of these invaders. Initially, I was worried because my dog seems to be sensitive to meds and has side effects easily. She even has side effects from the combo vaccine so I have to be careful with her. When it was first suggested that I use this product, I bought one pill from my vet just to see what type of reaction my dog would have and she had none. From that point on, I have been using this product.

I’ve been using Simparica for about 6 months now. It works great!! I live in New England where we have several types of ticks active year-round and Lyme disease is very common. In my experience topical treatments really aren’t affective here, plus my dog used to hate having the drops on her skin. This oral pill is sooo much easier and truly kills the ticks dead! I’ve found several dead ones on my dog’s bed after she gets up. We’ve never had a flea issue either and zero reactions to the medicine. Great product.

This product caused extreme adverse reactions in my dog. I gave him the simparica on a Thursday afternoon. He started loosing his balance, shaking, and becoming uneasy by 10pm that night. By 8am he was full on seizing and foaming at the mouth. From that time to Sunday morning at 3am he had a total of 8 seizures. My poor pup is still not the same. He has no energy, does not want to eat, has runny stools, and very on edge. We had to put him on a seizure medication for the next 3 months in order to keep his brain from seizing up again. He may not ever be the same again. My once happy, playful, full of life spitfire pup now barely has the energy to stand up on his own. I definitely do NOT recommend this product to anyone due to the fact it is part of the Isoxazoline class of flea and tick remedies which are known to cause these side effects. I would have never chose this for poor Frankie if I would have known about this. RESEARCH YOUR PRODUCTS!!!! Does not even deserve the one star I gave it!!!
