Each day, feed Adult cats 3 portions per 5 pounds of body weight twice daily. Feed pregnant and nursing cats 2 - 3 times their normal amount. Feed a kitten up to 5 portions twice daily.

I am confused. A portion is one half of the tray or both of the trays.

Individual Servings are great

My cats love this food. it’s the gravy that gets their attention! Sometimes they don’t eat the meat but I leave it down on the dish and they usually clean it up

My cats love this food. it’s the gravy that gets their attention! Sometimes they don’t eat the meat but I leave it down on the dish and they usually clean it up later. The individual serving are great as I don’t over feed them leading to more waste.Recently I tried 3 other brands but they eat this the best.

My cat has no teeth and also damage to his mouth that includes missing a large portion of his tongue, a wide band of scar tissue, and a fissure from his mouth to his sinuses. He has great difficulty eating most foods. Some pates are too gelatinous for him to hold in his mouth long enough to swallow and some are too grainy and he doesn’t like the rougher texture. Sheba pate cat food is just right, and there is a little gravy in each container that I pour on top when I mash the food for him. Chewy is the best place to get this cat food because they have all the flavors that my cat likes and they can send cases of it at a time. I would be scrambling to cobble enough together if I had to shop in a retail store, and Chewy’s delivery makes it a no-brainer to buy this food from them. All around A+ experience (great customer service, too).

I buy the mackerel flavor and he only eats the gravy, but he ate all of this. The only problem I have with it. It has rice in it so I only give it to him as a treat

My cat LOVES this stuff!

I have a fussy 16 year old indoor cat in very good health, who's also very picky as most cats are, AND has a problem with digesting grains. She loves this flavor

I have a fussy 16 year old indoor cat in very good health, who's also very picky as most cats are, AND has a problem with digesting grains. She loves this flavor in particular, but all Sheba grain-free fish and/or poultry flavors fine as far as she's concerned. And no more waste, the container has two sides (1.5 oz each) that snap off each other, keeping the other side closed and fresh. So if kitty only eats a little wet food each day, supplemented with dry food, it's perfect. That's the original reason I tried the Sheba, she was wasting about 1/2 of a 3oz. can a day. Turns out she has no problem eating the whole 3 oz. container of Sheba per day! And less dry food. A win all around!

Neither one of my cats would eat this.

I offered it to each cat and when I placed in on their plate, their heads moved back like something was wrong with it and will not eat it. I tried both flavors
