Sassy Woof Rope Dog Leash, Pinata

This leash wasn’t what I expected. Since it is 6’ in length I wasn’t expecting it to be so thick and heavy. The clip is also bulky and clunky. I bought it because I loved the color which was nice, but it has a wrapped, corded section at each end to hold the twisted rope that is bright white. I felt that really took away from the look of the leash; they were very eye catching and distracting. In fact, I painted them with acrylic paint so they would “disappear”. They also banged against my pup’s sides. I found the leash to be hard to hold on to, particularly when it got wet. It slides through your hands. My husband made the same comment. You have to have the loop around your wrist to prevent it from getting away from you. My small youngster (18#) actually pulled it right through my hands and did get away from me! I wish I could give this a better review. :-( In my photo I’ve circled the areas that I painted over. They were bright white.

We absolutely love Sassy Woof's rope dog leash! The rope is super soft and flexible, which makes it really comfortable to hold, but it still feels strong and durable enough for daily walks and adventures. We also appreciate how lightweight it is (it doesn’t tug or feel heavy). You can tell it’s well-made with quality materials, and it just feels stylish and secure all at once. Highly recommend for pups who love walking in comfort and style!

Obsessed with this rope leash! It’s the perfect color for fall and such good quality. It has a solid clasp to attach to harnesses and leashes as well as a ring for poop bag holders, treats, keys, etc. I’ve had other leashes where the ring for a poop bag holder has fallen off or is too small to support treats and the holder, but this is large enough and sturdy! It’s the same length as a normal fabric leash as well. I’ll definitely be buying more! Love this!

I’m so excited that Chewy.com is carrying Sassy Woof. I’m absolutely obsessed with the brand and rope leashes (especially ombrés) are my weakness. This leash is surprisingly light weight and soft. The rose gold hardware and charm detail is stunning and the ombré colors are gorgeous. The leash is very well made and the color selection is great. I ordered La Jolie Fleur and I’m in love with the soft pink and green.
