How is chicken by product, corn, and wheat, rice and peas a healthy diet? There is no real meat. And what is the ingredient in here that is supposed to make them calm?

I was about to ask the same thing! So decided to try Forza 10's urinary diet. My cats already have food intolerance so will try Forza 10 first then if crystals come back, we'll switch to Royal canine. I've used Forza10 for Renal diet and it was great.

Our cat had been having minor blood in her urine for months (about 8) but didn’t have crystals and we were told, after a very expensive emergency vet bill, that it was just stress and we’d have to manage her stress for life but likely would see blood forever. Several months later the vet suggested this food, we added it to her diet and immediately saw results. The blood was gone within 3 days of switching her over and has been gone nearly a month now!!

Goose loves this food. He prefers it over the Purina and Hills Science urinary options. The “calm” is a nice added bonus especially when stress can be an issue for our urinary babies. I’m not too sure how much the calm is working though. He likes the calm flavor and the normal one too. Goose approves!

My cat had a urinary block that cost quite a bit to unblock. He is only 2 years old. A vet tech who is also a good friend recommended this brand. Freddy, my cat, also has a lot of anxiety so I thought it might be a good idea. Since about 3 days into this food he has stopped pooping outside the litter box, which was a daily occurrence. No urinary blockage. Win win!

Unfortunately my cat refuses to eat it. She hates any of the Urinary tract prescribed food. She will go without food all day if I just gave her the wet food. She will nibble on the dry prescription food. Ive got about 24 cans that I will donate to the Vet's office. Im sure the product is good for kitties. Mine is too picky. Her previous owner only gave her luncheon meat and dried food. So changing her diet has been difficult and expensive.

My cat has liked the regular Urinary SO chunks in gravy. She is a very shy, anxious cat so I gave this calm version a try. Every time I put it in front of her, she refused to eat it or just licked the gravy and left the meat to spoil. Switching back and going to hope I can mix a bit of this in with it to get rid of it. I wish there were more flavors offered with the SO food.

My Henry has been diagnosed with urinary sensitivity due to his very high anxiety. He does like this food but I have to mash up the slices. If I don't he will only eat the gravy. As far as the 'calm' part of the food formula, the jury is out.
