Can I use it in a carpet cleaning machine?

This eliminator can be used on a carpet shampoo machine. You can put 2 ounces of product into every gallon or two of warm water in the machine. It is recommended to pre-treat the area, let it sit overnight, and then shampoo as normal the next day. The key is for the product to come in contact with the urine and then be given time to work. Using it in the shampooer just puts it down and sucks it right back up. This does not allow it to go deep enough into the carpet (and pad), nor allow it the time it needs to break down and digest the urine crystals.

I bought this after google said this brand was amongst the best for enzyme cleaners after I had a dog that kept going in a bedroom on carpet. WOW! The room before always had a urine smell despite using my carpet cleaner, urine removers from Clorox and Resolve, or vinegar. I sprayed this on the carpet per instructions and let it sit. I instantly noticed a reduction in urine smell and after about 15 minutes I came back to the room and the smell was gone. It doesn't make your carpets sticky and the added fragrance is light and goes away quickly. It's not a mask for the odor. I love this stuff!

I received the three bottles but not all three spray nozzles and yes I can just reuse one of the ones I received or already have but for that price point I just feel like everything should’ve arrived properly and without damage. Worked on carpet accident, and litter boxes

Had to put a litter box in my room to accommodate a rescue for 1 night. The cat missed the short wall at least 1 time. I deviated a little from the instructions

Had to put a litter box in my room to accommodate a rescue for 1 night. The cat missed the short wall at least 1 time. I deviated a little from the instructions as the product smell, although not terrible is very strong. Instead of applying, letting sit for 30 or so min, drying excess and let it to dry, I washed the carpet (with a machine) after applying and letting sit for 45 or so min. There was very little product smell left behind and no urine smell whatsoever. I also spray the plastic litter boxes and let it sit for 15 min before rinsing thoroughly, during monthly litter box cleaning up. It works there too.

Everyone told me I would never get the cat pee smell out of the room, but Rocco & Roxie's odor eliminator took the urine stain and smell completely out. I have a very sensitive sense of smell, and I can't tell that Roger ever marked the carpet! Expensive but very very worth it!! It has a sort of minty smell while the product is wet -- which I happen to like MUCH better than the fake floral/ chemical smell of most others. However, this bottle has brown?! liquid in it? I haven't used it yet because I had a skosh left in first bottle -- I'm a little concerned it'll stain? It smells the same,and the listed ingredients are the same so idk if it's "bad" or what? Highly recommend aside from that.

Being the can opener, I mean caretaker, to cats, especially the number we have, it's of the utmost importance that we maintain a clean and safe home for ourselves and our kitties! Accidents happen from time to time, even spayed/neutered cats can spray if they're feeling threatened and want to mark territory. We have had issues with neighborhood cats walking around and spraying outside, which ticks off our cats inside. We were using natures miracle which does work but smells overly chemical-y.. You could walk in and immediately identify that some chemical had been sprayed. With this, it's just minty! It's easy on the nose and actually works! The first 24 hours, you may still smell minty pee, but after it does it's science-y thing and breaks down the urine, the smell is gone! I have a gallon general purpose sprayer that I preemptively mist the lower 18" of the walls/door with on a regular basis and mist the couch, beds, whatever needs a little freshening up. I basically treat it like febreeze.. It's great, our house smells great, and it even breaks down old pee stains! I had a wooden dresser i thought was toast but I sprayed it and restored the area!

I wish it came in a bigger bottle, it did work to an extent. One of my cats began peeing in inappropriate places due to some medical issues, one spot was pretty

I wish it came in a bigger bottle, it did work to an extent. One of my cats began peeing in inappropriate places due to some medical issues, one spot was pretty bad. I tried everything you can think of before I found out about enzyme cleaners. When I first came across this type of product, the first recommendations I saw were all about this brand. It had glowing reviews, so I ordered it immediately. It did actually work very well on less troubled, smaller spots. I soaked the spots and placed a puppy pee pad over the top with the absorbent side down and let it sit, repeated a couple times and then shampooed the carpet with the steam cleaner and the Rocco & Roxie shampoo. The bigger spot is still a little stained but the small spots are completely gone and most importantly the smell is gone. Some of these reviews are complaining about the smell of the product but i actually quite enjoy the smell, it’s not bad and it smells like a cleaning product. My only issue with it is the small bottle. While my cat is being very closely monitored with lots and lots of litter box options around the house, he does still have accidents. I’d like to have a bigger bottle on hand as I did go through it quickly, and I can’t justify buying a million tiny bottles when there are other brands to try for a lot less and that also offer gallon sizes. Maybe they won’t work as well and I’ll buy this again, but I’m going to try some others first.

I am pretty lucky in the fact that my dog is house trained and has only ever had an accident once. He does, however, throw up on occasion (eating too fast, drinking too fast, eating grass, etc.). I was able to use this on 2 different vomit stains and it worked great! I have high pike carpet, so if I don't get to a stain quickly enough it will settle all the way to the bottom and be extremely difficult to get up. I wasn't home when the first incident happened and even though the stain had been sitting for a while, this product picked it up completely! I was home for the second incident, and it worked just as well on the fresh stain! I definitely recommend this to anyone with pets, or even kids!

With this cleaner, the pee smell is gone IMMEDIATELY, not to mention it has a great smell itself! Theo peed on my cloth footstool and I thought it was a goner, but this cleaned ALL of the pee out of it. Recently, one of the cats (none of them will admit guilt or accuse one of the others) peed on the stair carpeting and left a terrible smell behind. We tried the usual cleaning tricks, and nothing worked. We finally had to rip up the whole carpet (it was really old anyway) and found that the urine had seeped into the hardwood underneath. Tried cleaning with wood soap, and vinegar, and the usual ... still stinky. Bought this, sprayed it once, and the smell is gone. Even the grownup kids, who, tbh, are kind of judgmental about cat pee smells in our house, came over for dinner last week and said they couldn't smell ANYTHING any more. Total victory.
