No more fleas!

I work at a cat rescue, and our vet recommends Revolution. I had to go to my own vet to get a prescription, but after that, all I had to do was order it on Chewy and wait a few days! I received it very quickly, and after applying it to my 2 cats, I noticed dead fleas the next day. I haven't seen any scratching since. My only concern is one of my cats was sensitive to the product. On the application spot, I noticed his skin was irritated. It's been healing and didn't look too bad, but I was still worried. I didn't notice anything on his brother's neck and both cats were fine otherwise, so I think my cat just has sensitive skin. I had a little trouble applying the medication because he would not sit still, so I feel like I might have sucked his skin up using the applicator, causing the skin to be irritated. Please use caution when applying; an extra set of hands would have made it easier for me with my two wiggly cats. But I love how quickly this worked and I will definitely keep using it!

I have 4 cats of varied ages and health concerns. Revolution is incredibly gentle, while giving them superior relief from ear mites, fleas and ticks. Many years ago I had an old, but beloved Maine Coon with cardiomyopathy and progressive kidney disease who could not tolerate the other topical medications. My vet suggested we try Revolution, and we found that not only was he able to tolerate it, but his state of mind actually improved as his anxiety from mites and fleas diminished entirely. Since that time, I have embraced Revolution as my only choice for flea protection. It does not have a noticeable chemical smell, so it's the one topical they don't run away from. Revolution is the only topical flea medication I've ever endorsed. It's incredibly effective, but gentle to my furry babies. I highly recommend it.

Just send me the meds and don't try to think for me.

Product is fine, but Somewhere between my vet and chewy they canceled half my order because why would i need two versions of the same product? No one tried to contact me for clarification over this either, I would have happily explained the situation. And the they each blamed the other when I did reach out to ask why? I discover the problem when I opened the chewy box. I needed both revolution and revolution plus. In their infinite wisdom they decided my cat did not need both... News alert. I'm a wildlife rehabber trying to cure a skunk of a skin parasite. Skunks cannot use revolution plus(Sarolaner is bad for skunkies according to the AI overlord.) and I was not gonna take the risk. (Selamectin is fine, not officially but it works). Now my still awake at 3am self did not want to fill out another pet profile, It's not their business anyway and i have a revolving door of sick critters. You are a merchant, sell product. I needed both types because I have other animals and a mild infestation of cats. And the generic revolution I got from my vet was not working so now we had an infestation of fleas too. This delay not only caused me to miss the lifecycle window i was going for on the fleas but also allowed the mange to progress on the skunk to skin sloughing levels. Good news is he seems to be recovering but this 12 day delay caused Malik much grief. We went from itchy hair loss to infected fissures and this is all because I was not treated like an adult. Remember kids, authoritarianism kills.

Happy, healthy kitties.

My vet recommended this, I had no idea my 5 month old kittens had worms. Until the first use. Yucky! The flea control is great. I have used Advantage for 15 years

My vet recommended this, I had no idea my 5 month old kittens had worms. Until the first use. Yucky! The flea control is great. I have used Advantage for 15 years and still do for outside kitties, but the control for indoors was not as good. I'll be switching to this for all our kitties. I'm saving money over all. I no longer need to buy, dewormer, heart worm, mite drops and flea /tick medicine. It's all in one. Please don't just buy this medicine anywhere to save a few $$$. It does require a prescription from your vet. There are many frauds that could potentially kill or disable your loved ones and cost you money and life. Do your research make sure the company selling the product is a licensed seller/vendor. I hope this helps.

safest flea product for elderly cats

My cat Piper is 18 and 1/2 years old. She has been diagnosed with chronic kidney disease and is on fluids and meds. She is thin and frail. I was concerned about

My cat Piper is 18 and 1/2 years old. She has been diagnosed with chronic kidney disease and is on fluids and meds. She is thin and frail. I was concerned about putting a flea product on her as alot of the products warn "do not use on sick, debilitated or underweight animals". We know having fleas is not healthy. Piper has anemia from her kidney disease so it's even more crucial that she is not losing blood to fleas. My vet recommended regular Revolution for cats, not Revolution Plus. Regular Revolution only has one active ingredient. And it works. I only gave it 4 stars because it's expensive.

Worth the price

We have a house full of rescue cats as well as 4 dogs. We started pre-treating everyone for fleas in March with another product in preparation for the warmer weather

We have a house full of rescue cats as well as 4 dogs. We started pre-treating everyone for fleas in March with another product in preparation for the warmer weather and full blown flea season. Best laid plans, we still ended up having a flea problem. Each year the fleas become harder and harder to eradicate. I finally decided I had to get a prescription product that would stop the problem. We have a large colony of cats and the otc products do not provide the proper protection. I am extremely pleased with Revolution. We have gotten the flea issue under control. I spent 500.00 + dollars but my cats are flea free and comfortable.

Cat had reaction and lost all fur where placed

I've used Revolution on all of my cats in the past and on Becca specifically previously. Within 2 days of applying it, she lost all her fur at the application site

I've used Revolution on all of my cats in the past and on Becca specifically previously. Within 2 days of applying it, she lost all her fur at the application site (see photo). In addition, she has a weeping series of tiny scabs within this bald patch. I don't know why it's different this time or what she reacted to, but I'm never going to use Revolution again after this.

We've had a horrible time w/fleas this year. 1 of my fur babies is highly allergic to fleas. Her fur was coming out. My vet said, Revolution is the only hope for her & the others. Her fur is growing back. The scabs r going away. It's not an overnight success for us, but it is working. It's just gonna take time. I can tell a difference w/the others as well. I also like that it not only kills flea larvae eggs up to the adult fleas but also that it treats & controls ear mites, prevents heartworm disease, treats & controls intestinal worms. No other flea killer topical takes care of all these other issues.

Have been using Revolution for 7+ years & feel safe knowing my cat is 100% free from fleas, heartworms & ear mites. My cat is 60/40 indoors/outdoors and have never seen a flea on her, nor in my house since then. Was unaware until recently that Chewy.com carried this product until my vet's price for both Revolution and Paradyne (similar product, different brand) skyrocketed to $120+, and I started doing price comparison searches online.
