Quality control issues?

Let me start by saying my cat absolutely loves this great product, in fact it's the ONLY tuna product my cat likes. I feed it to him on a treat basis along his other complete dietary foods. The last 2 out of 3 shipments, my cat refused to eat it. I started noticing the difference visually and when my cat rejects it, the content is very watery and almost like a grayish slightly pink mush. When the quality is normal there's not too much broth, the tuna looks flaky and vibrant pink. I'm wondering if the issue is with the manufacturer's quality control, storage practices or distributor's storage (temperature stored). I'm going to give it one more chance and make my decision whether to try other options or stop purchasing it all together. This product is not cheap I cant keep throwing away a case of cat food every month. I will give an updated review in a couple of weeks. If not for this problem, this cat food is a solid 5 stars.

Bones in Cans - Buyer Beware!

I am so glad my cats didn't eat it! They refuse to eat this flavor now, though, so I am suspicious that this is not the first bone that has been in the food (they have eaten this flavor and other fish flavors heartily in the past). We threw away the remaining product, and have ordered a new brand. We no longer trust Reveal as a brand, and it was our go-to for our cats.

You need to supplement with some dry crunchies so the cat gets more nutrition. Food is expensive but I’ll pay as long as I can. Customer service is excellent always willing to help me with out any trouble.
Not Good -- something is up with what Chewy is distributing

I have a very picky Siamese eater who adores this flavor. However, for the past two months of ordering these cans from Chewy, something is up as she won't eat even ONE can out of 24. With the batch purchased in July, we assumed it was a bad batch and let that one go as the order in June was a success and our Bella ate the Reveal Tuna Fillet singles purchased from ShopRite. Thinking July was the only dud, once again I tried to purchase the bulk of 24 cans for August via Chewy and again, my Bella wouldn't touch the ones we tried to give her today (and my cat Bomba, who eats like a vacuum, also turned away from the two cans opened in the new package we received). We picked up another can we purchased at ShopRite and that was eaten within seconds -- so something is def. wrong with the Chewy cans. My theory is that the ones being distributed by Chewy for the past two months are bad batches (perhaps not stored properly, etc.) and the flavor is amiss to our cats. Of note -- the 24-cans purchased via Chewy back in June were all eaten but, due to having issues these past two months where not one can was eaten, I will not be purchasing these from Chewy again.
