I understand that there would be different sizes depending on the animal, etc. However, packaging the tiny (which is actually concerning) Bullies with what they are advertising is called FALSE ADVERTISING or BAIT AND SWITCH. I understand if RedBarn doesn't want to toss smaller product, in which case, they might consider offering "Teeny Bullies". However, including subpar product when they show something altogether different in their advertising...well, it's just not cool. I contacted them and they made NO apologies for false advertising, only excuses. It's sad because my dogs do enjoy their product and I like that they're from the USA. However, I think I'll have to find another product.

Under weight...

I bought these because I wanted the best deal per pound. So many reviews of other bully sticks mentioned they were thin, so you got 35 sticks but they were tiny

I bought these because I wanted the best deal per pound. So many reviews of other bully sticks mentioned they were thin, so you got 35 sticks but they were tiny. So I specifically picked these because they said they were 4.3 lbs and I could compare them more easily for the best deal. So unfortunatly when I weighed the box, it was only 3lbs 5.4 oz. I was worried that my scale was off, but my 10 lb bag of sugar weighed in at over 10 lbs...

My dog LOVES these bully sticks. I have ordered them in the past from other retailers and the sticks have been proportionate and of a decent width. My recent order with Chewy provided me with 4 super thin bulky sticks and 2 medium sized bulky sticks. I am sad that the quality has gone down with Redbarn. Maybe this item needs to be purchased in person to ensure you pick a bag with proper sized bulky sticks. I have attached a picture so you can see the difference in size - left is my old bag and right is the new one from Chewy. The only reason why I am recommending the product is because my dog loves these. These are expensive, so I hope the quality control is able to manage this issue soon!

As two treat-loving bichipoos, we crave these bully sticks. We won our first one at a costume contest and shared it. Since then, we each get treated to our own due to packs of six which our mom says are less pricey and more convenient than purchasing individual loose sticks. These provide endless pleasure with chewing and occupy us while Mom keeps a watchful eye on us, but may go about her daily routine without any interruptions from hungry fur kids.

Great "chewy" but sizes aren't the same.

My two XL dogs love these. These bully sticks last about 10 minutes - and one of my dogs is a heavy chewer. It helps to break up the monotony of pig ears and elk

My two XL dogs love these. These bully sticks last about 10 minutes - and one of my dogs is a heavy chewer. It helps to break up the monotony of pig ears and elk antlers and is great on rainy days when we can't go walking. The first bag I bought were probably as wide as my thumb but the second bag.....these are almost as wide as a big pencil. The company needs to make these available in widths that we can opt to buy. If I want thick ones for my XL dogs then I should be able to order thick ones. If I had little dogs, I would want to order thin ones. The thin ones last about 3 minutes. Huge difference when I'm paying the same amount. That''s why I took off a star. They don't stink, btw.

I give my dogs bully sticks every Sunday to use as a chew for dental cleaning. They are one ingredient, no chemicals. Not too soft to just be eaten, hard enough

I give my dogs bully sticks every Sunday to use as a chew for dental cleaning. They are one ingredient, no chemicals. Not too soft to just be eaten, hard enough for them to work on for 10 - 15 minutes (depending on stick size). I like that they are not brittle. Dogs enjoy the Redbarn brand.

Overall Good Product

The bully sticks are all the same width and length which is a plus. A lot of other brands have a package with some of them being thick and others being twigs.

The bully sticks are all the same width and length which is a plus. A lot of other brands have a package with some of them being thick and others being twigs. Anyway, I have a 45 pound puppy lab/beagle mix and it takes him roughly an hour to finish one of these (aggressive chewer I would say). I would give this product a perfect score but I am skeptical of the sourcing of this product. Most of their products are made in the USA but according to their website there bully sticks are not.... Here is a direct quote from the company website "Due to the lack of bully sticks in the USA, we source our bully sticks from Paraguay where the cows are free-range, grass fed. Our company-owned plant in Paraguay has the same, strict quality assurance program in place as our Kansas plant." I would still recommend but would like them to be clear on the packaging for the bully sticks that this is not a USA sourced product like the rest of there food.
