So I was sold an open bag and lied to about a refund. I am canceling my auto ship and deleting this app. I will Not purchase anything else from Chewy.

I had finally found a salmon based food that was good for my pups. I have it on auto-ship and didn’t realize the Rachael Ray bag had a “new look same recipe” rebranding before I opened my package. The bag looks different even though it claims same ingredients. I opened the bag and noticed the pugnant SMELL immediately. This wasn’t the case with the old version. I can guarantee the recipe had changed!!! I am not real happy about this

Sudden stomach upset

My dog has been eating this Rachel Ray formula for 2 years without issue. Our auto ship came, and my husband said the kibble looked like a slightly different color

My dog has been eating this Rachel Ray formula for 2 years without issue. Our auto ship came, and my husband said the kibble looked like a slightly different color than previously. Now my dog has had diarrhea all week. I’ve stopped the food and gave plain rice and lean chicken to help her get through whatever she was fighting. When I put her back on the food the diarrhea came back. I’m going to be calling the vet today, but my online research is showing that not only the packaging has changed, but the formula has too. I think my dog is having a reaction to the new formula.

Couldn't go wrong with this food!

I know when introducing something different to my Dexter for his first that he'll be interested in fish. He also vomits what his tummy can't digest so I was interested

I know when introducing something different to my Dexter for his first that he'll be interested in fish. He also vomits what his tummy can't digest so I was interested in the gentle digestion plus I went up and down aisles and aisles of food before trying this the first time. Chewy had more size options for better prices, saved me a ton of time and I can totally tell the difference in my dogs fur coat. We've also got a 12 year old Chihuahua with only a couple of teeth that is able to eat the food! 👍

I love giving my dogs this product! Before I gave my dogs salmon they were either on chicken or beef and I had so much trouble taking care of their skin and coat

I love giving my dogs this product! Before I gave my dogs salmon they were either on chicken or beef and I had so much trouble taking care of their skin and coat. Coat meant rough and very dry, they both had very bad dry skin but once I made the switch I saw a huge improvement. Their coat is the softest coat, not dry anymore and pretty smooth. Their skin is doing so much better. I am not planning on going back to chicken or beef anytime soon

Tends to be worse in the winter, but we just got this in February and it’s doing wonders. Unfortunately, did not have time to do a slow food transition between the old food and this new stuff, and was really happily surprised to see that there was no upset tummy from the food switch either

Don't use Fed EX

Fed Ex has stopped delivering to the house. They drop off at mailbox. Yesterday they dropped two fifty lb packages at my mailbox instead of pulling into my driveway

Fed Ex has stopped delivering to the house. They drop off at mailbox. Yesterday they dropped two fifty lb packages at my mailbox instead of pulling into my driveway and delivering to my house. This is the third time Fed Ex has done this. For years they delivered to the house, no more. Unless Chewy can offer alternatives to Fed Ex I doubt that I will use them in the future.
