Quirky Kitty Cute Koi Wand Cat Toy

One of my cats likes any toy, and she had no problem liking this one as well. The other one, that's a different story. He's picky. He usually likes only a specific type of string wand and if it has feathers it has to be a certain type of something...I dont even know. Bro, when I say he loves this toy, he loves this. I didnt even the know the string attached also allowed it to bounce back. Definitely going to keep buying this.

My 6-month kitten absolutely loves his koi wand! He'll hop up onto the shelf where I keep it and bring it down to play with. The springy cord makes it so much more dynamic than other wands, and I can sit in my chair after work and have him doing flips after it, if I'm too tired for dragging it behind chairs to get him stalking and wiggling his tiny butt to pounce on it. 10/10, I will buy another when he eventually destroys the first one.

Really would say this is more of a 4.5, but rounding up because of how very much my cat loved this thing. She was actually attempting to scale the walls to get to it at first whenever I lifted it up out of her reach--that's how much she wanted it. It's a good size for her to carry around, which she loves to do, and I like the feel of the toy on my end: the stick and string are both a decent length and it doesn't have any noisy metal on it. I also like that the string doesn't stretch much and come flying back at me when they let go. The durability is the main thing. The feather part came off pretty fast (although since it has ribbons as well, that didn't totally ruin the toy), and the string started falling apart almost immediately. Right when I started worrying it was on its last legs is just about when my cat started fixating on another toy, so it's still intact, but if her attention returns to it I don't imagine it will last must longer. If it wasn't so delicate, I would have no notes!

My girl Rose absolutely LOVES this toy! It is her go to at least every day of the week. She hunts, pounces, swats, and kicks this toy every time and is so interested in it! Sometimes toys with big feathers or toys just generally on the larger side will kind of freak her out, but she loves this thing. She will sit and glance back and forth at me and at it whenever she is initiating play and being a stinker. Keep your cats front claws trimmed well though, the twisted string that holds it to the wand is definitely vulnerable to getting snagged often and easily. I just snip off the thread loops that are sticking out so they don't hang onto her nails when they're a bit longer. Other than that, this truly deserves a five star rating from both Rose and myself!
