When we adopted Beau as a puppy, he had girardia and tape worms. That was 8 years ago. He still has gastrointestinal issues that I have to assume are related to an impaired microbiome from his worm situation. Our vet started him on this probiotic after treating the worms. We’ve tried going without it a handful of times, but the same issues keep coming back. So we will happily continue to provide this for him for the sake of solid stool! He stays very regular with this; and is otherwise a happy, healthy boy. He takes this just like he would a treat, and i give it to him at bedtime to be consistent. 100% recommend!

I’ve used this for my elderly, diabetic beagle mix for about a year now. He has a complicated health history with uncontrolled diabetes. There are a lot of restrictions for food and treats for him which have affected his bowels resulting in emergency vet care more than once. Consistent diet, along with these probiotics have changed the game for my sweet little pup in the best ways! His poops are consistent now. His appetite is strong and healthy again. His skin and coat are in great condition. In an attempt to simplify his daily medication, treatment, and care regimen, I tried to stop the probiotics. Within 2 days, his stool was hard and difficult for him to pass. I’ll keep him on this for the rest of his life. If you’re looking for a good probiotic, I highly recommend this one!

I wish they would just sell it in a container with a scoop. until then, I'm going to keep buying the tablets and grate them into a powder I can add to some pumpkin so my dog will eat it because it does work really well and I've even recommended it to a friend with a dog who is currently having chronic diarrhea

Been giving this to my 5 yr. old, 48 lb., mixed breed dog for 6 months. It seems, in general, to keep her stools regular and right. She didn't have a consistant problem, but has had some worrisome occurances which I could find no reason for. She does take some meds, but I don't think that's relevant. I give her one every night now, and although I feed her high quality food, (that's another review), dry kibble, that claims to include probiotics in the mix, I feel better knowing that she gets this supplement every mealtime, like I do every night :) And, I just put in in her dinner, and she eats it happily, like it's a treat. And, I can give it to her out of hand, and she'll eat it like that too. Of course, she's not a finicky eater :)

My Bernese has had such a horribly sensitive stomach since I got him around 9 weeks old. I implemented the powder PPP Probiotics a couple months ago but just hated the powder and having to be so careful to not spill it or have it dust my countertops. These pills are so much easier to use!! I also love that they come in a 90 day supply. Gives me one less thing to remember for a bit. These probiotics have helped Bensons bowel habits tremendously! Benson used to poop 3x every couple of hours. Now he only has one good size, healthy BM a couple times a day; usually only after eating. It is a HUGE relief for this busy single mama of 4 and full time pediatric nurse. While I love my pup immensely, no one has time for 3 loose BMs every walk every few hours! I’m so grateful for this product and highly recommend it if you too don’t have 3 poops every 3 hours kind of time! Most importantly, I’m just thankful my big ol baby feels so much better using this probiotic!

My order was delivered on 12/29/25, and I started the bottle on 12/30. I gave only 1 per day, and I have run out today, 1/29/26. That's 31 days of pills. I was shorted 14 pills! Which is nearly a third of the bottle! I will be counting them when my next order arrives, so I can report if I am shorted and get a refund.

After recent bouts of diarrhea, with negative parasites on exams, my vet recommended Fortiflora for both my pups. A friend had some packets she didn’t need anymore
After recent bouts of diarrhea, with negative parasites on exams, my vet recommended Fortiflora for both my pups. A friend had some packets she didn’t need anymore and gave them to me. What a pain! But, they seemed to work so I went on to Chewy to order more. Then I saw they come in a tablet form! Expensive, no more so than the packets, but much more friendly packaging. Not to mention there’s no concern about spilling some, not getting it all out of the packet, or a pup not eating it all. They each take a tablet after dinner and they look forward to this nightly treat! I’m hopeful I can STOP using them soon because they are pricey, but we’ll have to see how it goes.

So easy to give, tastes great (at least she is more than happy to gobble it down), and works better and faster than the other poop supplements that we tried. House training a pup is not easy when they have diarrhea! Thank goodness we are over that now!
