I’ve loyally fed this formula for a long time and been very happy with the results. Although the oatmeal diets do have more “crumb dust” than a standard kibble, I’ve come to accept it and find the turkey better (less messy) than the lamb. However, my latest bag is an odd mash up of normal triangle shaped kibble and tiny, random shapes. This wouldn’t be a concern except I train with kibble and need something consistent that my dogs can easily take and not choke on. This isn’t a Chewy problem, it’s a Purina issue. Hopefully it’s a fluke or a machine error and I just got an odd bag?

It took us a while to find the right food for our doodles that didn't upset their tummies, cause vomiting or bloody stool and that they actually liked. They are over 3 years old now and are bored with it and sometimes turn their noses up. So we add flavor toppers or occasionally a little chicken or something else that won't bother them. We can change between PPP Sensitive skin & stomach flavors without a problem which is a plus. We also still add Fortiflora Probiotics on the advice of our vet.

Food is fine, delivery not so much.

He likes the food. I can't give 5 stars bc dealing with FedEx is a straight up nightmare. You guys really need to switch to or at least offer UPS. I'm seriously considering buying elsewhere from now on. FedEx dumping boxes in the driveway is unacceptable, and no matter how many times i report it to you and them it still happens. My porch is literally 12 steps from where they leave it. This ticks me off everytime I think about it, so thanks for reminding me to review the food.

My dog SPIT IT OUT

Wow... My dog eats ANYTHING and she was so disgusted by this food that when we tossed some in the air for her to catch (a normal game we play with food and treats)

Wow... My dog eats ANYTHING and she was so disgusted by this food that when we tossed some in the air for her to catch (a normal game we play with food and treats) she literally spit it out. She wouldn't touch the bowl, her toys with it in there or anything else. It was like it was rancid or something. Chewy customer service was NO help. We had already ripped apart the bag and box and they wanted it sent back for a refund (since when)!?!? We live in a very rural area so it is 45 minute each way to UPS or FedEx locations. I also don't have a printer. She finally said she could send me a pre-paid box and I could do a UPS pickup instead, but it would be 14 business days to recieve the box (that is three freaking weeks), then shipping it back, 1-5 days for processing in the warehouse then 3-5 more days for my bank. So we are looking at 5 weeks for a refund. Ridiculous. I have been buying from Chewy for nearly 10 years every 3 months and this is unheard of.

I can always count on chewy for fast delivery and very fresh dog food and perfect packaging which is very secure. I have ordered from many times for my three German shepherds. 100% satisfaction every time. Highly recommend and if you are a person who uses a Fetch AMEXcard, you can really build up a lot of points by ordering online through the Fetch app.

Sensitive Stomach Approved

Our dog has been vomiting off and on and I think he might have a wheat sensitivity. Wheat is in his previous food and not in this one. He is doing better
