Not sure but when I was comparing them. It looks like this one contains probiotics and the one doesn’t.

Does this help with skin reactions too? I don’t get sneezy/watery eyes, but get skin rashes.

Excellent food! This formula has made an amazing improvement in my cats health!

She no longer has a dandruff problem! Her coat was dry and very flakey when I adopted her three months ago. She was extremely under weight and I had no way of knowing her former living environment, just that she needed a good home. She was found living on the street and had just completed raising a litter of kittens. The rescue organization spaed her and made sure she received all her vaccines. So when we met and she picked me out, it was of primary importance that she be given the best possible nutrition. When I learned of Purina's product, I knew it was worth a try. The estimate for vetter coat and health was three to six weeks, but I began to see improvement in just two. she has gained weight and has a beautiful shiny healthy luster to her fur. I plan to keep her on this formula permanently along with a great quality soft food as well. We are very happy campers here at home now! Thanks Chewy and Purina!

Amazed!!

I am VERY allergic to my partner's Gary's cat. I've been hospitalized for asthma because of reaction to Oreo his cat. We have a younger cat that I cuddle with daily

I am VERY allergic to my partner's Gary's cat. I've been hospitalized for asthma because of reaction to Oreo his cat. We have a younger cat that I cuddle with daily and have no reaction. I stumbled on to this product and I have to say I didn't have any hopes of it doing anything. Well I noticed an immediate change. I tested my limits and had her sit on my lap for several evenings and NO reaction! Unbelievable. I was so happy I was able to spend this time together because as it turns out we had to put her down. She was 22 years old. Thank you Chewy for having this product.

Great food

When I rescued my Maine coon I had a difficult time finding a food he could tolerate. Vet suggested a Rx food as a last resort. He was 4 months and couldn't tolerate

When I rescued my Maine coon I had a difficult time finding a food he could tolerate. Vet suggested a Rx food as a last resort. He was 4 months and couldn't tolerate all the brands at the pet store. During my research online I saw this. I knew chicken and rice was gentle. I saw 'probiotic' and that told me it would aid digestion. It mentioned allergies and 'live clear: well, he's been on it ever since ! He eats 1/2 cup a day so it lasts a long time. It isn't full of fillers so he isn't hungry. I bought a container to put the food in so it doesn't go stale and this large bag lasts a couple months. His fur is long, silky, fluffy and just so healthy. The vet commented on how healthy he is at his last checkup. I highly recommend the live clear formula.

I’ve been allergic to cats my whole 69 years! Heard about Living Clear by Purina ! IIt WORKS!I lgot a feral cat 3 years ago. He decided to live in the little jungle next to my house. Fed him and touched him every chance I could. He now lives inside and does his business outside but he sleeps behind my legs & lets me love him. My house doesn’t smell like cat and I have NO sign of allergies!!! I’m crazy about my cat, Aldo. This cat food IS THE BEST! My first cat after rescuing 13 dogs

I was not sponsored or given a free bag in exchange for a review--this is a wholly unbiased opinion. I've been SEVERELY allergic to cats my whole life (couldn't even be in the same room as one without three allergy pills), but I've always loved cats. My roommate and I recently wanted to try fostering to see if we could find a way around my allergies, so we took in Ruthie and started feeding her Purina LiveClear right away. After about a month with Ruthie eating this dry food daily, I was able to live with Ruthie pretty manageably with a mix of allergy medicines and Purina LiveClear, so we adopted her. We've now had her for three months, and I don't even need to take allergy pills anymore! I never thought I'd be able to live with a cat so comfortably. While the food is a bit expensive and does take a long time to start working, it's WELL worth it! And as a bonus, Ruthie LOVES the taste! She even prefers it food to her wet food!

One of the best new cat food products I have used that has produced positive results for all 3 of my special needs cats which have been on home made chicken and rice cat food . I like that the pieces are smaller. There is no overpowering smell, no oily or gritty feel to the pieces of food. I have noticed the litter box dynamic has changed with improvement. I hear less coughing an hairball gagging. They have not been eating as much cat grass and throwing it up. I am very happy and surprised that there is a noticeable difference in the way there are eating the food and their digestion and processing of the food. I am ecstatic that the respiratory and digestive issues have been reduced and I don't notice as much cat hair on furniture. SO - 3 Cats 1 box 1 bag of food. Box received inspected ripped open before I knew it. 2 of the boys ate it right out of the bag . In just a short time on the new food Scruffy the long hair older boy with no teeth and health problems was able to eat the food with ease and had no problem or issues afterwards and he seems to be grooming himself more which is good . Ray has chronic upper respiratory problems he took to the food the fastest and the best and is doing really well with less respiratory issues since starting on the food. Max is on a special diet and he loves it. He acted like he was getting cat treats

This cat food has exceeded all expectations. I am a lifelong cat owner and ( in the past) 17 year breeder of a “low allergy” breed. 2 members of my family have always been bothered with allergies even ( to a lesser degree) with my chosen breed. Currently I have a domestic shorthair. I hesitated to bring him home due to the allergies which did indeed occur upon his arrival. I switched him to LiveClear. Not only did the allergic reactions of the family members subside completely, the kitten DOES NOT SHED!! Of course I’m sure he must, to a very small degree, but I literally NEVER see any hair. Not even the white ( he’s black /white bicolor) when he lies on my black pants. It’s truly a game changer if you have allergies & have/want a cat. In addition the kitten looks very healthy from his weight to his eyes & coat & he began life as a scraggly, underweight, flea ridden stray I found in a dumpster. Expensive but well worth the expense.

I have the worst allergies to pet dander and pet hair so it's hard for me because my pets are my life. My kitty makes it especially hard due to my allergies because she's a lap kitty that wants to be right in your face rubbing on you and showing you her love. I absolutely refuse to give this up no matter how miserable it makes my allergies act up, but now I don't have to be miserable. It didn't cause her any stomach problems or discomfort to switch to the Purina Live Clear Catfood. She acts like she's getting cat treats when I feed her instead of just catfood, she loves this food so very much. I love it too because since she's been eating it, she can rub her cheeks directly on my cheeks and be in my lap all day and my eyes and nose do not itch or run! This food is the best ever and I will definitely be recommending it to anyone who has any allergies. Another plus is that my cats ALL liked this catfood so much that they want it in place of the treats I was using so it has not only saved our itching and watering eyes, but it's also saved us money! I'm telling you you really need to try this and you truly will be a amazed. #PurinaLiveClearInsiders

i've been using this food since my baby was a kitten because I'm truly allergic to cats. of course my body went through the initial adjustment with him, I reacted more severely like hives and itchy eye/throat, but with this food allergy medicine and allergy home spray my allergies have basically been nonexistent. To the point where I stopped spraying and taking medicine. So I thought OK. Well, maybe I could switch to a regular food since it's cheaper and I must be cured! Three days in itchy, eyes & hives all of my allergies are coming back. I truly believe this food is the biggest factor in keeping those allergies at bay! It's expensive, but it works

I am very allergic to cats, I get rashes after petting them, hives if they lick or scratch me. I also get sneezy, watery eyes, runny nose, and asthma if I’m around them for more than two hours. Over the pandemic we started TNR with all of the neighborhood cats. We fixed 9 and homed 9 others in loving homes. We decided to adopt one because we just couldn’t resist. I heard about this food and we tried it from the get go bc I had to try it. My husband is not allergic to hardly anything unlike myself. Within three weeks like clock work most of my allergies that were severe like the shortness of breath and hives and incessant runny nose and sneezing were gone. Sometimes, I will still have a very mild allergy symptoms, which I know were due to the cat still, but they are nowhere near how bad my allergies were when I was around cats prior to that three week adjustment phase. Now when I pet the outdoor cats I still get itchy and hives, but not with my indoor cat who came from outside too. And, I was very allergic to him when we started out with him. It is true that some cats produce more of the hormone that causes us allergies, but this cat food helps with all cat allergies in people very well!! I hope other brands start working on this because it is possible. If more allergic people know about this, then maybe they will adopt more cats that would otherwise go without a loving home! I think this is a miracle cat food! I can even kiss and pet my cat all day long now and sit with him! I love it! Thanks!!
