Very disappointing and caused severe vomiting

I bought Purina Hairball formula hoping to help my cat with hairball issues. The food was mixed with his regular diet, not given suddenly. Unfortunately, shortly

I bought Purina Hairball formula hoping to help my cat with hairball issues. The food was mixed with his regular diet, not given suddenly. Unfortunately, shortly after eating it, my cat started vomiting repeatedly (many times) and became weak and unwell. He had no prior digestive problems before this food.To make the situation even more stressful, we were experiencing a snowstorm that day and no urgent veterinary clinics were operating, leaving us unable to get immediate medical help. Instead of helping with hairballs, this product caused serious stomach irritation and fear for my cat. We had to stop feeding it immediately and carefully help his stomach recover. Use with extreme caution, especially if your cat has a sensitive stomach. We will not purchase this food again and do not recommend it.

We have four cats and they are not tolerating this version of the “same food” nearly as well as the old recipe. The old recipe contained shredded Turkey, puffed

We have four cats and they are not tolerating this version of the “same food” nearly as well as the old recipe. The old recipe contained shredded Turkey, puffed up kibbles that appeared to be the dehydrated version of a real meat source and the kibbles were different colors (some were dark brown). I would not buy this again for the price. I see no difference between what they are selling in this bag compared to Purina One. Very unhappy that they messed with the ingredients and kept all the labels the same.

What about adding a stool softener to help with dry stool?

He likes the brand at large. However, his stool becomes incredibly dry. We also feed him wet food with added water twice daily. He’s also on veterinary recommended

He likes the brand at large. However, his stool becomes incredibly dry. We also feed him wet food with added water twice daily. He’s also on veterinary recommended laxatives. For older kitties I think this would be a huge benefit and sell very well because a lot of cats suffer from dry stool as they get older. The petroleum laxatives are not taken well by most cats. A natural laxative/stool softener would be very helpful and much better for the health of the cats.

I could not believe how fast this medication worked . My big fat cat was INFESTED with fleas. I put the medication on at 1pm by the time I got off work all the fleas

I could not believe how fast this medication worked . My big fat cat was INFESTED with fleas. I put the medication on at 1pm by the time I got off work all the fleas were dead and falling off his body. By 10pm that’s night I combed though his hair and couldn’t find a single flea!! This stuff is amazing.

Both of our fur babies absolutely love this food. We have tried many products and are always looking for the best ingredients when it comes to them and this has it all. My older girl, Delilah always had an issue with major hairballs and vomiting. Since switching to this food along with the wet food she rarely has an upset stomach. It is a little on the more expensive side but well worth the cost.

We've only been using this for a little over a week, but so far so good. Hills Ideal Balance recently completely discontinued their Indoor Formula, and we really wanted to keep our cats on an indoor formula because they only have it in case of munchies between when they get wet food in the morning and evening. It took us so long to find the last food, and I was afraid they'd get finicky after only being on it for eight months or so and then being switched again. Nope. They sucked up the first bowl like two furry little vacuum cleaners, and they even turn their little noses up at their wet food to be the first to dive right into the kibble! We bought this with some Purina Muse to try them both, and both cats seem to LOVE this one most! We're not complaining, either. It is something we can afford which is good for the cats, and more importantly, the cats remain happy and healthy. And if the cats are happy, then so are we.
