Purina ONE Tender Selects Blend with Real Chicken Digestive Formula Dry Cat Food, 22-lb bag

First bought this for our cat with major dental issues and end stage renal failure. She loved it. Softer texture and apparently more tasty. She has recently gone to Heaven so I started our new cat on it. He was eating a harder kibble and often left much uneaten. One bowl of this and he devoured it, and every meal time since. Buying the larger bag now for a better per ounce price. Will be surprised if your cat doesn't love this!

We adopted our cats during the pandemic and their foster mom had been feeding them chicken flavor Purina One. We continued them on this and they never seem to tire of it. They sniff the Chewy box when it arrives and eat this dry kibble especially well when the package is new. We store the bag in a plastic container to keep it fresh. We supplement this with small servings of wet food. They are active and a healthy weight.

I don’t understand why the Maincoon loves this flavor the best! I try to give her a balanced diet. She will come to me and raise her paw to let me watch her eat this food. Also, it is economical for barn cats as well. I don’t agree with barn cats but I have ferals that people just drop off at the end of my street. I can’t feed all of them nor rescuer them all. Therefore, they get a huge bucket of this food especially in the winter! They really enjoy it.

Well Gemma was on Science Diet since I adopted her in 2020. When we adopted George (from the great outdoors in the neighborhood) the cost of cat food went sky high. I had to find good cat food that we could still afford to buy and which contained chicken but no fillers and would be unlikely to give George diarrhea. (He gets that very easily.) I found this food and it works for both Gemma and George. Neither of them do well on fish based food. They prefer chicken.
