Good product, poor packing in shipping box
Our dog loves this food, nothing wrong with the product itself but Chewy, please pack the boxes better. The shipping box had too much space for the case of food

I think the food is still fine but it is not being delivered as I’m sure the product was intended to be received
The one package of six cans that were spoiled.
One of the packs of canned food was no good. The cans must of “exploded” during transit as there were on dents to the cans and the packing was intact. I was messy

I was messy and stinky, and the whole six pack went into the trash,. The rest of the order was okay, but the waste was enough to make me rethink about my subscription, which I intend to cancel because these situations can happen.

My dog likes it, he eats it with a little water. Anders is a Basset hound, weighs 65 Lb. and is going to be 11 years old in November. He is doing well for his age

I don't call every time, but don't like to find damaged cans and opened and scattered dry cat food and treats which happens often.
Be mindful
Upon opening the 12 pack, I immediately discovered that the cans had been damaged. After calling chewy, they graciously replace my product for something similar

When continuing to observe my product I noticed more clearly that the packaging on top was very discolored and worn through handling. When I opened the entire box of food, the very last can was crushed and food had gotten all over inside of the package. I would just think that chewy would be more observational when sending their products out. As stated, chewy treated me very well with a replacement but it could have been avoided if the warehouse had been more mindful of what they were doing

Even after washing the outside of the cans I just didn't trust for my furries. Chewy refunded 1 case of the cat food and 1 case of the dog food as is their way. I just want them to re-educate their warehouse staff to avoid this inconvenience all around.

Mold in Cans
I usually purchase a different variety of this canned food, from the same brand but all the varieties I purchase were sold out, so decided to give this pack a go

I have opened 5 cans total and all cans opened so far have what appears to be white mold on the top. I thought it was fat at first but I have been purchasing this brand for YEARS and have NEVER seen this before. Obviously did not feel comfortable feeding this to my pups, they all immediately went into the trash.
