My beagle-mix (picky eater) dog Zoey was acting weird and sluggish (and pretty much walked away from her expensive Zignature food for months). I honestly had no idea what was up, then before her bi-annual vet visit, I was alerted to the grain-free FDA alert and immediately started searching for a new brand of dog food which CONTAINS grains instead. Zoey was a DIFFERENT DOG as soon as I put this Purina ONE in front of her. She licked her lips, had her energy back and was going back to her bowl after walks in the dead heat and humidity of NYC for MORE Purina One. I was in awe! I wish I knew about this food 6 years ago! I have been using so many fancy foods thinking she would benefit from them, but it turned out grain-free foods are NOT good for them! Go figure! I AM THRILLED she eats her food, and even more THRILLED by the price! I was paying almost $20 a bag for 4 lbs of Zignature food, and now my goodness, I can spend more $$ on other things! Also, put her on grain-free because of her allergies (and spent 1,000's on vet visits only to get her shots that didn't work)...Nobody said it could be a food allergy at the Vet. On my own I figured out she was allergic to beef the whole time! WHAT? Crazy. I am ONE happy customer. Thank you Purina!

Delivery

Fed ex does not listen to where the package should be and the box was in bad shape. They put it right out in open in front of garage and I cannot get it due to

Fed ex does not listen to where the package should be and the box was in bad shape. They put it right out in open in front of garage and I cannot get it due to had knee surgery and recovering. Front porch is where the package is suppose to go. I have sent complaints to fed ex and now sending to you. This is not the first time either the review stars is not for you. Cause chewy is great is is the delivery company.

Our 4 dogs love this food and does great with all of them. I’ve never had any issues til now. I get a 40 lb bag every 2 weeks, and thankfully I do have a couple

Our 4 dogs love this food and does great with all of them. I’ve never had any issues til now. I get a 40 lb bag every 2 weeks, and thankfully I do have a couple extra bags but a huge clump came out of the new bag that was delivered today. Looks like moisture, not sure what it is tho due to the box, bag and even the inside of the bag being dry. kinda disappointed that I’m throwing 40 lbs of dog food away.

My lhaso apso/shih tzu seems to enjoy eating this food when he’s hungry. However, he’s not immediately coming over to the bowl once it’s served either. I gave this brand a try and thought it was odd that some of the food had oddly shaped “clumps” present. Not sure if this is normal or not. There seems to be an abundance of these “clumps.” Attached is a photo from a scoop of food and I separated the oddly shaped pieces. Food seems more “grainy” compared to others I have tried in the past.

Your service was fabulous, but once again the delivery service was totally unacceptable. Even though the mailing label requested that the package be delivered to the front porch, it was left at the bottom of my driveway in an unprotected area and visible to all traffic on the street. I am 72 years old and unable to carry a forty pound bag of food up my driveway and steps. At least it was not raining and the box did not fall apart. I love Chewy, but the delivery is very unreliable.

I don't know how to review this product. Guess I will see how long the dog lives for. I have not tasted the food myself, therefore have no opinion on the product

I can say I haven't noticed any direct diareah from the food to the dog. That only happens when he eats from the trash can. From observed behaviors of the dog he neither likes nor dislikes the food. He simply eats because that's what he does. Quite asking me for free reviews I'm not your worker bee

I have had my three Lhasa's on Purina One Chicken and Rice formula for over a month now. Brother and sister (litter mates), age 11. And a younger boy, age 7. I purposely waited until they had been on this food for some time before writing this review. I must tell you I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I have definitely noticed a pickup in my older two's energy level, alertness, and zest for life. My younger boy has always a picky eater and I have struggled over the years to find a dog food that he truly likes. Well I finally found it. He goobles it up as do my older two. It is almost like a race to the bottom of the bowls. Their solid stools are firm but not hard. I know the Purina Pro Plan foods are highly recommended but as a senior citizen on a fixed income, they are out of my budget range. Purina One foods are much more affordable while still delivering quality nutrition and flavor appeal to your dog. Highly recommend. Thank you Purina.

Not sure if Purina decided to change something, but we noticed in December that our older dog started to be a bit more picky at meal time? Come January my two other dogs also started being picky at meal time. after putting two and two together I realized this food has caused all of my dogs to have allergies, rashes, always licking at feet, and moist ears. My dogs have been on this food for the last year and a half and all the sudden they all decide to stop eating at the same time and now are having issues with allergies? Again not sure if they switched something up with ingredients but we will no longer be getting this food.
