A majority of ingredients used in Purina products are made in the US and are sourced in the US. Like other food companies, they do source a limited amount of ingredients from other countries. These ingredients are primarily essential nutrients, like taurine or vitamin B that are not commonly available in the US in the quantities needed.

Weight management and exercise

As a trainer when dogs are no longer doing daily drills we have to cut back on caloric intake yet still satisfy the dogs hunger, so I step down from 30/20 Purina

As a trainer when dogs are no longer doing daily drills we have to cut back on caloric intake yet still satisfy the dogs hunger, so I step down from 30/20 Purina Pro Plan to Purina One so I can still feed the same amount of food but not have the same calories so our older dogs can still have an less active lifestyle without gaining weight and still protect their joints.

My dog does well on this food but the last 4 shipments I received it was a lot of shake from crushed dog food. It’s inedible and adds to the weight of the bag. Also

We store our food in an airtight container and nothing can get in it. If this continues I will have to order elsewhere.

Unfortunately, I tried Purina One +Plus large breed chicken muscle & joint dog food and my dog does not like it. I have tried adding water and he still won't eat it. We adding shredded cheese to try to get him to eat the food. Who knew he would be so picky of an eater. Now, I am stuck with a 40 pound bag of this food that he does not like. Kind of stinks that he won't eat it.

Crumbly Mess

The entire bag of food came all crumbled up and crushed. It was basically the texture of sand. Although. my dog loves this food, so eating it did not bother him

Considering this change I may look into a different kibble. And also, my dog seems less interested in this food for some reason. Very odd.

Our latest shipment of dog food came with a new smaller kibble size. I preferred the old size, but this wasn't a big deal. I did notice that there were a lot more

Our latest shipment of dog food came with a new smaller kibble size. I preferred the old size, but this wasn't a big deal. I did notice that there were a lot more crumbs with this new bag/size and assumed that it was just because we dumped the bag into the food bucket and they were all at the top now. But we are halfway through the bad and there are still a tonne of crumbs as you can see in the photo. If this is normal we will be stopping our order.
