I have added this as a supplement for my ducks regular diet and it’s been a solid choice so far. The pellets are a good size. They are small enough for younger ducks
I have added this as a supplement for my ducks regular diet and it’s been a solid choice so far. The pellets are a good size. They are small enough for younger ducks to eat without struggling, but still hearty enough for the adults. I noticed pretty quickly that their energy level and feather condition looked better after switching to this. What I like most is that it doesn’t get mushy or fall apart the second it touches water, which is a big deal if your ducks are messy eaters like mine. It also has a clean, not too strong smell, so it doesn’t make the feed bin stink. If you’re looking for something high in protein to support growth or help during molting, this is a great option. The only downside is the 5-lb bag goes fast if you have multiple ducks, but it’s perfect for smaller flocks or for testing out before committing to a bigger bag.

I appreciate its high protein content and that it includes no antibiotics or hormones. This is a complete food that includes necessary niacin content for good duck health. Kelly and I recommend Purina Duck Feed Pellets!

We love quality feeds that minimize waste and provide total nutrition to our animals. Our two rescued ducks are notoriously picky eaters, and they immediately took to this pelleted feed. The small morsel size means even our littlest flock members (bantam and young ducks) can eat this feed easily. Very happy they liked it so much, and will be adding this into our mix, as we like to provide a few different feeds to ensure our ducks get complete and total nutrition!

This food is good quality and specifically for ducks. It is affordably priced as well. I have 7 Indian Runners and they did eat it but only after the layer pellets

They seem to prefer them over this food. My chickens who usually clean up after the ducks are also not a fan of this food. I would probably not buy again because my girls are apparently too spoiled and prefer the higher price stuff.

Have ordered this item twice from Chewy. The first time, the quality was good, and the ducks seem to enjoy it. The second time, the entire bag had a grayish green

As it was received in less than 48, it had to have been shipped out in this condition. I do not know if I will be ordering this product again.

Holds Up Even When Wet. Ducks Love It!
Purina’s pellets are densely compressed so they hold their shape if they get wet briefly, making feeding cleaner and less wasteful. Ducks really eat it, Good pellet
