Foster puppies are my thing, but their exercise pens can be unwieldy. This current bunch came to me at just one week old, and were bottle fed every few hours around the clock. I was very happy to find a short pen that could contain them till they were old enough to climb out- here it is attached to their regular x-pen and sleeping crate, giving them lots more space for play. I bought a couple extra metal snap clips to secure the pen to their crate. Love that it is so easy to fold up to take with me when they have events and photo ops. This would also work for a nursing cat or dog with litter- the mama could come and go while this keeps the babies secure.

I was so pleased with this pen that I bought 2. It comes assembled in the box, you just have to unfold it. The only thing I wish were different is not being able to lengthen or shorten the pen by changing the number of sections. The diffenent colored sections that make up the pen are not detachable without a pair of pliers, but I cant complain for the price. Although it might not be suitable for climbers or jumpers, my pigs have a lot more room to run around. Still working on a ramp for them, but Im almost finished setting up this new area!
